I used this product for years. I am naturally a dark brunette and this is the only product that lightened my hair to a natural looking red without pre-bleaching and without excessive damage. I have tried your other reds as well as reds from other brands and NONE hold a candle to this color. PLEASE BRING IT BACK!

A year and a half ago I was a deep burgundy. I decided it was way too much upkeep and spent too much money to keep it burgundy. I am naturally mousy grayish blonde. I can't stand my natural hair color. So I've been looking for hair color that looks good and lasts and doesn't pull orange. This is it. It toned the remaining orange out of my hair and now I have a beautiful true to the box beige blonde. My hair is soft and shiny and flowy. It's stunning. I've tried so many other brands but I never got this gorgeous of a result and no rats nest either after coloring. I used garnier for ever when I was younger and now I'll be using. It as an adult. Thanks garnier!!!

My hair is naturally between a 4-5 medium brown. Every time I color my hair it turns brassy. This product has cancelled most of the warm out and has left my hair as a pretty, cool toned medium dark blonde. I was not expecting the color on the box because of my natural hair color, but I was pleasantly surprised with the results. My hair feels soft and well conditioned after use and I would recommend this product if you are looking to bring out cooler tones and cancel out any brassiness.

I was weary about trying this color because of the the reviews. It is a very dark burgundy. I like it because it's burgundy but it looks natural. It's called darkest burgundy and guess what? It's dark! So don't be afraid to try it out. I love it. I hope this color sticks around in the product line.

I haven't used this shade in a while, but I plan to again soon, because it my favorite shade ever! It's a great in between a dark blond and light brown, and it has superior coverage! I would have to use 2 boxes now, due to the legnth of my hair, but it is def worth it! The smell won't kill your nose and it's super easy to apply!! Worth every penny!

I love the results I get using many of your products, including shampoos and conditioners, but I'm so disappointed to find out you've discontinued my light natural copper color. I've been using this color to cover my gray hair for several years, after trying other brands. There's nothing else like this out there. Please reconsider! I'd hate to have to find a new brand for all my hair products.

New formula that's supposedly “improved” has actually went backwards. This newer formula has no anti brass tones in it and turned my hair extremely yellow, also my hair felt extremely strange afterwards like the whole texture felt weird and the worst part to be honest is this new formula is so harsh on the scalp as I had literal scabs and oozing sores on in multiple places on the back of my head that bled on and off for nearly a week. Please don't use this if you have ever had a scalp issues or have a sensitive scalp because I was horrified. I bought two boxes expecting this formula to be as good as the last one but now I'll just have to throw the second box in the trash after this disastrous and may I say very painful experience.

For an "ash" colour, it left a lot (and I mean a lot) of red tones in my natural ash blonde hair. The end colour was more mahogany than brown at first. This product also does not have very strong staying power. The red tones subsided and the colour was more true to the box after two washes. It became several shades lighter after just a few washes with colour friendly shampoo and conditioner. Would not recommend.

I have used #76 for a long time & not available now ..so this looked close, NOT!!! Where are the reds? This is a dissappointing dull brownish...so bad. I bought two and I threw 2nd one in the trash. Now looking at other brands for light intense reds/auburns. PLEASE bring #76 back!

My natural hair color before the Gray hairs appeared was Medium brown so I first tried #50, Medium Natural Brown. It came out beautiful and even, but a darker than expected, so the next time, I chose #60, Light Natural Brown and it's PERFECT! The Oils in the color made a big difference in my natural curls ~ less frizzy's. I wash & condition my hair every other day. After lightly towel drying, I use Garnier's Leave in Conditioner (short, round green bottle), comb my hair into how I want it to look & let it air dry. I receive compliments & questions; most ask how I was able to control the frizzies & I tell them it's the combination of two Garnier products.
