My husband uses this for his stubborn breakouts on his face. It can leave a little white residue after it dries if you don't have it totally rubbed in. It does help the acne breakouts when he uses it.

Be cautious to only use this on a cleansed, toned and moisturized face. Only put very small amount on top of active / white headed pimples. Will murder your face if it's not prepped properly.

It was very effective the first week. I don't know maybe my skin gets used to it or something because now the cream doesn't seem to get rid of my acne as quickly as before.

This product worked surprisingly well! I was pimple free within a week. The only drawback was that the gel caused EXTREME dryness, and if I tried to apply lotion to remedy this problem, my face would burn!
