This lightweight cleaner is wonderful if I didn't clean my carpets myself I would never have believed the carpet was that dirty. The carpets came out beautiful and I accomplished this all by myself at age 70 years young. My grandsons normal does the carpets and I pay them. Had other steam cleaners but none like this one. Just love it!!!

The worst piece of expensive junk I've ever purchased/owned. I have long hair and constantly shed. I don't have a pet but figured it would be a good product to own because if it's good for pets, it's good for someone who has long hair that does shed. I was wrong. I vacuumed my rugs twice before I used the steamer but, of course, hair remained. I used the steamer and hair got stuck in the front part of the steamer and I could not get it out no matter what I tried. There is no way to get the clear front cover off or get into it. I called customer service several times and they could offer a solution and each time I was brushed off. I will never recommend or buy another Bissell product again. Got talked into buying their cleaning products when I bought the unit (mia culpa, I should have known better) and I wound up paying over $300.00 for the unit/products. I would have done better had I used my old steamer instead. Didn't return it because the return fees were ridiculous and return issues were a hassle (I'm partially disabled). No matter, it was my fault for keeping the unit and now am stuck with a unit I cannot use. Will discard it soon and learned an expensive lesson - find out how easy it is to clean in addition to if/how it cleans.

Love this unit, it done a great job on my floors, I had a room up over the garage and it was a mess, the guy had a dog and I don't think he ever vacuumed, put the unit to work after I vacuumed, thought I got it all but the carpet cleaner did an amazing job and got the deep down stuff, left the carpet looking like new. our old cleaner would never have done a good job, as it only got the surface junk this one gets deep down and wow It got it all.

I use to have a Hoover carpet cleaner steam vac for over 30 years. It never did such a great job as the Bissel Revolution ever did. The Bissel got up spots and stains that the Hoover could not get out. The Bissel gets up all of them stains and spots! Thank you Bissel!! The carpet in my home looks new and smells wonderful!! I did my friends carpet with the Bissel and got up a lot of cat hair! I am going to use the Bissel carpet cleaner on my room upstairs and see how it gets out a dirty spot in front of my chair that been there for over 20 years, I have white loop carpet. Bissel can clean the downstairs carpet it should clean upstairs better then ever!! Thank you again. That was $200.00 well spent!

This is the best machine i have had yet. I have old carpeting and a dog. This machine cleaned the carpet and the brushes brought the nap back up...although the dog is housebroken, she sheds and my issues are more just heavy traffic through the house by family and friends than with the dog. I believe this machine has extended the time that i have to replace the carpet which is 14 years old and still looks good!

I bought this in July 2017. I have a light color low pile carpet throughout much of the house and a dog that cannot wake me up to go out during the night and had started having accidents about a year ago. I tried so many things and finally found my solution in this great cleaner. I love it. It works very well, the attachments work great. The cord is flexible and good length. Canisters easy to use and remove. Cons The "easy carry" handle doesn't work or make sense because the canisters fall out if you try to carry it that way. So, carrying up and down stairs is a bit heavy but. With regular use over 3 months, one of the belts broke. Bissell Customer Service did troubleshooting over the phone and provided complimentary replacement belt and free shipping. They are not that easy to replace but would not keep me from buying again. I would suggest keeping extra belts (the medium one) on hand. The machine cleans stuff that no professional cleaner did and the carpets look better than ever, despite their age and wear.

I have owned one carpet cleaning machine over the years and this ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet carpet cleaner is the best so far I ever had! It's heavy which is good as far as I'm concerned, because I know it's bearing down on the carpet and getting good cleaning and suction. We have lived for more than two years in our apartment and used it for the first time tonight and it easily removed old stains which I thought would never come out and it completely removed them and now our carpet looks new the same as when we first moved in. It's is easy to fill and a breeze to empty, too. If you need a great carpet cleaner, this is the one I would get! Bissell is the best...and now thinking about getting a pet; thank you Bissell!

Have cleaned two carpet with it so far. Have used rental cleaners before and this does as good if not better. With three dogs, we get a lot of dirt tracked in and this unit gets it out. After a short learning curve, its easy to disassemble and clean. A good balance between size and power which takes up minimal storage space.

I was watching the info commercial on this product. I was impressed and thought "why not give it a try". I was skeptical because you know how most things work when you order off tv.... well I am impressed!! My hoover carpet cleaner was not doing the job I wanted. Carpet still stunk of pet accidents and I was getting frustrated, This came in and I went over the carpet and holy moly! What it pulled out and did I am very happy with the purchase! I like the fact that it is not bulky and I can clean right under things with ease! Very happy! Good Job Bissell!
