Great product. Color matches the images on the box. Color doesn't match the name. Is there a hair color that is black and deep dark red? Cherry's are red. When you add black it would change to darken that red. Every black cherry hair color is purple. Like plums. I just want a black deep dark red. Great brand, their hair color is top quality and reliable

it worked sooooooo well but it smelt AWFUL. I can't explain how bad the smell is. the product is great and my hair feels so soft but if you're sensitive to smells be careful (for reference, my hair was dark brown and hot pink before hand and i put the color straight on- those are the results)

I wanted a violet color for my medium brown/gray hair. I started with the lightest violet and now use V28 Midnight Violet. It turned my hair black. I was kinda like ok well not what I wanted. But when I went outside and the natural light it was awesome!! I get a lot of compliments on how the violet looks in my hair. I do have stubborn gray areas around my temples so every 4 weeks is perfect to keep the amazing color. I'm 43 and wanted a to get a little crazy with color but not to over the top and now this is my favorite color and brand.

I do like that this is one of the only kinds of hair dye ive used that doesnt bleed for days afterwards. and It comes with a shampoo and conditioner with clear instructions. The bad part is I used it less then 2 weeks ago and ive already had to re dye it on roots and in front because it faded alot and gray hairs already very noticeable. I have yet to find a brand that wont fade and have grays back within a week or 2.....

i bought the silver. i had level 9 hair toned with t18. i did everything necessary to go silver. i had this stuff on for 15-20 mins AND IT TURNED MY HAIR DARK NAVY. this is NOWHERE NEAR the color it says it is. and this is box dye so stripping this from my hair is gonna be god awful. never touching l'oreal again. (the photo doesn't do it justice - my hair is more navy than this shows!!)

I love that you have control over the amount of purple you add to this die, so the deeper purple you want it the more you add of the small color enhancer tube. I usually add the whole thing and it gives me a very deep dark plum purple. at first it seems like it's almost black after a couple washes it's the perfect color! don't be alarmed because at first it's bright pink but as it sits over the time frame it darkens up until you rinse it

I have red hair and wanted to go more red, this product looks great for 1 day after that everytime you get it wet it bleeds on clothes, bedding and linen. Your hair is streaky after the first wash and looks more pink than red after 3 washes don't waste the money. I have dyed my hair since I was 14 and follow directions precisely. It says permanent it is NOT.

I really love this color on me.. It almost looks straight black but in the right amount of light you can really really see the purple in it.. L'Oreal keep doing what you are doing.... now if only they had a semi permanent with this color then I would definitely definitely be buying that probably like every month or closer to 6 weeks anyway..

The color was not at all what it was supposed to be ended up turning out a bright red. Also dried my hair out severely. Would not recommend at all.
