I have been a literal lifelong baby lotion user. People associates it's smell with me. I was pleasantly surprised when they switched to the more natural version, but the last 6 bottles I've purchased, and 2 randomly last year do not absorb into my skin. It leaves a white layer on the top of my skin (it will eventually absorb if you rub and rub and rub), but I have started just wiping it off. I had been hopeful I just got some 'bad batches' but it has consistently been this way.

I purchased a few bottles of this new "Johnson's Baby Lotion" a few weeks ago, I was so disappointed in the scentless product. I enjoyed the baby scent of the original Johnson's Baby Lotion. Please don't take the original away, everyone is not allergenic and some adults do enjoy Johnson & Johnson products.

I was about to buy a replacement bottle of this. But I see the packaging has changed to a pump, and some reviewers are complaining that the formula has been changed. I've used this product my whole life and love the scent and the pink color. The old 15 oz bottle was perfect. Easy to use, the whole thing is recyclable, and you can get the last of it out of the bottle. I hope you change back to the old packaging. I will not be repurchasing for the moment.

I have used Johnson's Baby lotion for years. I am almost 60 and receive many comments on how nice my skin looks. I am very disappointed in the new bottle. I want to use the entire contents, but cannot remove the lid resulting in a lot of wasted product and money. Same issue with Johnson's baby wash. Please fix this issue with the packaging. Thank you. Cannot recommend this new bottle.

Why change what has been so good for so many years???!!!! The new product is HORRIBLE! Skin does not feel as soft, and the joshnson and Johnson baby smell is gone! I used the baby lotion on both of my children, who are 23 and 21 now and my 21 year old still uses it today! When they were small I paid more for the Johnson and Johnson brand mainly because of the smell! The other brands just didn't smell good, and now the new product smells like all the other brands! I use it for myself and my skin is not at all as soft as the “old” lotion! Hate it! Go back to the old...PLEASE!

I have been a long time user of this brand and this lotion; use it twice a day, especially after shower. I thought it was just new packing, because you guys have done this when introduced the night time, lavender scent and cocoa butter (which is the one I usually keep an extra bottle at home) not only was the packaging different, the smell and consistency is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from the previous ones in the past. The smell alone made me take another shower after putting on the lotion. Completely disappointed and will never buy lotion and baby wash ever again.

I have used this lotion literally since I was a baby. My mom uses it and all my sisters, I used it on my children as well as myself. I have loved this lotion and turned many of my friends and family onto this lotion. This was the best lotion in the market for the price. It HAD great coverage, smelled great, loved the new apple blossom, and lasted. I am not sure why you have reformulated or changed something perfect?? Then repackaged it like you're streamline, non classic bottle would fool us diehards??? I WANT MY LOTION BACK !! I liked the classic packaging too. But whatever. This watery fake imposter formula excuse for Johnsons and Johnson baby lotion will not do. You can dress up cheap lotion in a nice bottle but it's still dollar store quality at this point. So so so sad and now I have a find a new lotion. Say goodbye to a 45 year customer. If you decide to return to your original quality product I will return.

Glad to know I am not the only one who HATES the new formula. I have used your product head to toe for over 35 years. First the original.. then the lotion with aloe which was amazing... that got discontinued... then you changed the lids... hate the pumps as well. Need to go back to the screw on lids.. so much better. I mean if you want to have a new lotion make a new lotion.. don't change the staple.. the original. It is horrible.. I can no longer use it on my face.. it is way to oily. I look like a mummy waiting for it to soak in on the rest of my body... and the smell... not even close to what it used to smell like. So disappointed... PLEASE bring back the original formula!!!! New one SUCKS!!!

Used for new baby. Noticed my hands would itch when I applied to him and he would scream. His skin got red, blotchy, and warm. Never had that problem with my first born but somewhere in between the formulas changed. Have since switched lotions and haven't had the same problem. Disappointed as I now have 3 bottles that I won't even donate.

I've been using Johnson Baby Lotion since I was a teenager in the 60's. I'm fine with the new formula - but the packaging...NO! The pump is fused with the bottle & cannot be unscrewed. I'm about to throw out a bottle that has approx 1” of product still inside, but I can't access it. What a waste! Please return to the previous bottle, so the last portion can be shaken out manually - or even the small cap. Your customers are quite capable of dealing with a cap. Whoever thought up this new bottle has no idea! Also, I wash all bottles before they go in the recycling, but this one will have to go as is. I'm so disappointed.
