Completely non-stick. makes terrific fried potatoes of any size or shape with just a bit of plant butter to flavor n help with the browning. I just received this item and haven't had time to cook anything else but given the success with the potatoes, I believe just about anything I cook will be great. Cleans up easily n nicely.

Nothing sticks. I have made eggs and hamburgers both without any kind of nonstick spray or oil and both slid out like butter. I could have wiped with a paper towel to clean it.

I have owned a couple different brands of so called "Non Stick", and I'm not very happy with either one. They really aren't "Non Stick". I have to Scrub the frying pan after cooking Scrambled Eggs.

This pan has been great so far. I've only used it a few times and owned it a few months, but I hope it lasts and stays this great for a while.
