It's so easy to use, I can customize my coffee to my desired strength and it has a built in waste container to keep used pods out of sight until I am ready to dispose of them. I LOVE the app! It keeps me updated on the machine's health and I can trouble shoot through it! The color is beautiful and it is just an all round classy, beautiful machine with plenty of delicious coffee options!

It's not super bulky so it doesn't take up a ton of counter space, which is a huge plus. I love how you can have an espresso shot, a double espresso shot, a cup of coffee, or even make an entire carafe if you'd like. All with this one machine! I have tried many of the different flavors of coffee and espresso, and they are all phenomenal. You can also connect your machine to an app on your phone and see the status of it. Highly recommend!!

I am obsessed with the gold pods because the are the smoothest cups of coffee I have ever had at home. The machine is easy to use, just pop in a pod and hit the button and you have a delicious cup of coffee!

I am now able to choose if I want just a regular cup of coffee or if Im feeling up for a latte I can do that too. I can brew just for me or for several people. It pays for itself since I now have the coffee shop at home. It's a gorgeous machine, it's small and blends into any decor. I'd highly recommend to anyone who wants an innovative machine with the ability to choose multiple drink options. I am really happy to have this in my home.

I love my coffee, and I got this Nespresso machine to upgrade my coffee experience and make my own espresso drinks at home. I am having so much fun with it! I was a little confused at first about the cup sizing to capsule ratio and how much water would go through with the press of a button. I have tried several of the trial capsules and it seems to do all of the work for me! It automatically knows exactly how large the capsule is and adjusts accordingly, but you can also add water by pressing the button again. I am very happy with this machine overall.

I had to read the manual and watch the video tutorials. My machine came with a few unlabeled nespresso pods. I didn't know what I was brewing or how much it would actually make. Machine is beautiful but a little Loud. Would recommend to anyone who is willing to spend the time getting to know their machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine has spoiled me and made me an espresso junkie! The Vertuo is easy to use once you program your preferred drink size. With 2 presses on the one button, I seconds away from a deliciously brewed espresso. I would love a laminated card with the steps for selecting the brew but I'll just stick to my saved settings and be perfectly content. The pods are a bit pricey but I sometimes reuse the same one for a 2nd cup with a lighter brew. Overall, I highly recommend this machine for anyone! I haven't tried the cold brew setting just yet. The Next came with a beautiful assortment of pods and a nespresso mug! This wowed me from the start!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Vertuo machine is awesome! I love it! I did learn that there are different pods for the amount you want to drink. The machine runs great. It is very easy to put together. The directions are very easy to understand too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is thin but deep because it has a built it "recycle bin" for the used pods. It automatically dumps the used pod into the bin. Pods are fancy too, they're aluminum and colored coded. We even got a free recycle bag (you can subscribe to receive free bags) for the used pods to drop them in UPS so they ship them back to be recycled! Amazing. The Nespresso has only 1 button (brew) and the size of your brew is automatically chosen by the pod size. However, if you want more/less water, you can change the "memory". You can modify the serving size to the pod size ratio and you can always change it back to their default. You can only do individual servings, no carafe. The cup holder height can be adjusted up/down depending on your cup size. Depending on how many times you press the one and only button it executes different functions (cleaning, brew size memories, etc). It also came with a cute frother for cold and hot milk.
