[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm enjoying my Nespresso Vertuo a lot. The espresso is super smooth as a quick shot, and makes a lovely latte with frothed milk added in. I also love the fact that the pods are aluminum as opposed to other brands plastic pods.

I loveeeee my Nespresso. I got it about a week ago and it runs PERFECTLY. I got the one that comes with the milk frother and I'm obsessed. I've tried almost all of the options in the little welcome box and they're all so tasty. I've started every morning with a cup of coffee because of my new nespresso machine. If you're on the fence about buying one or thinking about it, DO IT IMMEDIATELY. the only downside is the pods that you put in are a little pricy, but I think it's definitely worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am extremely impressed with the durability, design and quality of this Nespresso machine. I am so excited to have finally found an easy to use espresso and coffee machine. I love how easy this machine is to operate by no second guessing; literally just have to put a pod into the machine lock it and press the button and the machine does the rest. It deciphers the size of the pod and creates the perfect cup of coffee or a single or double shot of espresso based on the pod. I really like how much smaller this machine is than others and doesn't take up much counter space. I also like that it has an app that was super easy to set up with the step by step instruction. Within the app I am able to reorder pods or if there is an issue with the machine while brewing it alert me the machine needs attention. When you open the lid to put a new pod in the old pod slide down to the back and is stored into the machine until you remove them. This feature is really nice but the one thing I am not a fan of because the door to remove the pods is small for my hands, I am only able to put a couple fingers in. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who loves a single cup of coffee or who loves to make coffee with espresso as you will not be disappointed in this one.

It has a beautiful, modern, space saving design! It is high quality, and will pay for itself over time- making it a great value as well! The coffee smells and tastes amazing too. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very impressed with my nespresso vertuo next machine. It's slim and takes up very little counter space. Instructions for use are very simple. I downloaded the Nespresso app and paired it using Bluetooth. The instructions walk you through how to rinse the machine before use, and it took a little over 5 minutes. YouTube also has great videos showing you exactly how rosy up, clean and use the Nespresso machine. The manual that comes with it also covers how to care and clean your machine. As well as a troubleshooting guide. It makes a great cup of coffee very quickly. And it even pops the used pod into a container within the machine, and you can empty the container from the side of the machine. It's one of my favorite small appliances.

I received my machine as a Christmas gift. It was to replace my previous one that died after 2 years. This one is now 18 months old, so no longer under warranty. I woke up today to a solid white light on the button and it no longer works. The button itself does not respond when I push it. When I researched online, this happens with these machines regularly. I have tried all the suggestions and nothing works. I am terribly disappointed, particularly because I have A LOT of pods left that are now useless because I opened the boxes to put the capsules in the drawer.

That last fact alone makes the possession of this machine a godsend. Are you missing your daily espresso, latte, mocha fix? This is the machine you need. The variety of roasts, flavors and brew amounts is seriously impressive. You're sure to find a favorite in there somewhere, no matter if you're a straight doppio shooter or a grande-iced-caramel-latte sipper. The pods are so stinking easy to use, there's no guesswork or human error; just a perfect pull every time. They're also recyclable, and Nespresso includes a pre-addressed, pre-paid envelope to return them. Come on— a responsible company that cares about the quality of your morning fix?! I'm in. They send you a sample box of pods to start out so you kind get a feel and taste of what they have to offer. I personally tried all but two (one of them decaf), and was surprised and delighted by the range of flavor I got from each. My favorites were the Fortado with a splash of heavy cream, and the Chiaro as the shots in my mocha. Also, I'm just going to say this: If you have a daily coffee shop habit and you're looking to save yourself some money, this machine will pay for itself very quickly. This machine + your favorite pods + a bottle of your favorite flavor syrup (opt.) + milk (and the Aeroccino frother) = endless combinations of your favorite hot and cold espresso drinks. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Nespresso - Vertuo Next Premium so I could make espresso at home. It works so good and it nothing to set up. You put the tray in that holds your cup which is adjustable to the size of your cup. It does come with it own glass it's a regular coffee mug but it very heavy glass. It is nice though. Then you put water in the back of it. Pick your pod round part goes in the hole. Push down and lock the top then push the button to start. It's very satisfying watching the espresso be made. Then when you done unlock and lift the lid and the pod actually falls into the side of the machine like a little trash can. The pods are extremely hot when finished so I wouldn't touch it or take it out right away. There so many different flavors and mixes and matches that you can do to make your own espressos. So far the Nespresso - Vertuo Next Premium has been a great addition to my morning routin.
