There was nothing wrong with the kitty litter itself. But the box was all taped up & the bag inside exposed a bit. But whoever put the bag of litter back in, put in in upside down. So you know where the kitty litter went.

I'm glad I chose it! It keeps odours way down, even in the litter garbage bin. Other brands couldn't reduce the ammonia smell. It isn't dust free at all, so I am gentle when scooping so the dust stays low as much as possible.

Says its dust free. IT IS NOT!! They must've changed something recently. We've used it for years but in the past few months its become so dusty we choke just trying to scoop a couple times. We will not be buying it anymore.
