When I had to replace my coffee maker I decided to on the Supreme for the design, as it would fit on my counter much easier. I have truly enjoyed not having to wait for it to heat up before fixing another cup and fixing iced tea all in one unit!

Just got a new Keurig after my relatively new one stopped working after descaling it. The company was fantastic. Customer support was a 10! Got my new unit in just a few days

I bought this Keurig 6 months ago. When it stopped working and I contacted Keurig it was replaced after sending it back. This was the best warranty ever. The company stands by their products. That is great news.

It makes really good coffee. It's quick and easy. It takes up very little space and having the water tank makes it even easier, since you don't have to add water every day.

This has been a great purchase. The coffee has a richer and deeper taste than our previous Keurig. I love how easy it is to fill the water dispenser. It warms the water quickly and shuts off soon after the cup is made.

While I appreciate the replacement there seems to be an inherent problem with this model. Why only after 6 months does it produce a smaller cup, even after several cleanings? I think the pump wears out. My water is not hard and is filtered twice.

I have FINALLY purchased the brewer that exceeds the speed of making a single cup of coffee with the coffee of MY choice; it's name, the K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker.

I had a 5 month old Keurig that would not clear the descale alarm. After 3 attempts at descaling and alert rests, it was deemed defective and a replacement was at my home within days. Thank you for standing by your warranty!

When I experienced a problem with my K-Supreme Single Serve Keurig, the customer service person was extremely helpful. The issue was resolved very quickly.
