Couldn't be happier with me experience with Keurig. Had a problem with our coffee maker but the customer service agent made the replacement process so easy and fast.

I needed to replace the coffee maker that I bought a few months ago I called Keurig they were very professional and replaced my coffee maker with no issues

After a troubleshooting procedure, Keurig customer service decided to replaced my Keurig. I had a new one within the week. Excellent service. No fuss. Thank you.

When my Keurig coffee maker went out, all it took was a phone call. They were courteous and sent me a new one right away! I LOVE it. Thank you so much Keurig!!!

My first purchase didn't last too long. But with your great service you replaced it. I really like this machine. Makes great coffee. Very quiet. The five holes do make a difference.

I contacted Keurig about a problem with my Supreme. After providing the requested information I received a replacement unit in three days. Never had such good and prompt service. The replacement unit works great.

At 3 months, my descale light stayed on. Customer service was terrific. They did some troubleshooting (that didn't work) and replaced my entire machine!

While the first unit failed in 8 months, the warranty replacement process was flawless. I didn't have a receipt but Keurig accepted a photo of the serial number. The replacement arrived in 2 days!

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and I am very happy with this Keurig except for the insane part of Descaling. Just let the consumer clean as directed instead of trying to mandate by ordering " do this or do that at our command"

This brewer was a replacement for ours that had something happen to lose power. It is the best brewer ever and makes fabulous coffee. So grateful for the understanding and courtesies shown by the Keurig staff that helped us with the replacement.
