The product's warning sensors have gone off 6 months into owning the product and now can't make coffee, have followed all procedures and called tech support

We recently bought a Phillips fully automatic esprrsso machine and so far we are very pleased with it.It makes amazing, fresh and fine smelling coffee just perfectly.

This machine is truly fully automatic and is great for people who are busy and on the go. You get Cafe Grade coffee and espresso drinks from this machine. It is efficient and super easy to maintain thus far. The design is great for tight countertop access. Everything is front loaded and easy to operate. Would give 5 stars if there was an option to just froth cup of milk on its own. Also would be nice if the bean hopper was removable for easy switch out of bean type. A cup warming plate on top would be a nice touch as well. Otherwise this machine is perfect and at a great price point that makes sense to indulge.

We've had this Philips 3200 LatteGo Espresso Machine for about 3 weeks now, of use between two adults and 2 teenagers. It's made about 200 cups of coffee/espresso so far and I am impressed with this little machine. Like every appliance has got some pros and cons, here they are: The positives: The Philips milk foaming system is a fantastic invention. No tubes for the milk to travel through means less cleaning. The milk is pushed through the channel grove in one of two parts of milk dispenser. After use it is very simple to un-click it and wash thoroughly under warm water and let it to dry, no more laborious cleaning rubber tubes as the other manufactures have – well done Philips! The container is a small size which fits easily in the fridge, it's also dishwasher safe so if you the person in a hurry you can always leave the dishwasher the job instead of cleaning yourself. Making the coffee is a very simple, intuitive – choose the type of the coffee drink, strength, volume and then frothed milk volume and with the press of OK button your favourite drink flows through. You can also customise the volume of milk and coffee independently if you wish by pressing and holding for couple of seconds button of the type coffee you want and then controlling it by pressing the OK button when you satisfied with the volume poured out. Even our teenagers using the machine to make us a coffee without any problems. It is also good hot water dispenser if you are tea drinker – saves you the trouble of boiling water in kettle. You just using the amount of water exactly as you need it, brilliant! We have tried making every type of coffee with this machine. The espresso is good, the standard black coffee is good, latte and cappuccino are awesome. Plus, with a bit of personalisation available you can decide what drink to create at any moment of your day. The porcelain burr grinder – it's pre-set as default, but you can change it if you wish. It grinds the coffee beans perfectly. We have been using the Nero coffee beans for this machine and we are very satisfied with the quality of the coffee produced by this unit. Water filter – great idea for someone who lives in the area with hard main water. It protects your machine and it indicates when you are due to replace it. The Cons: The machine is quite noisy at the start when it produces the pressure within but with a time I think we have just get used it. The power button needs to be hold for a bit to switch the machine on. We have had a few moments when we thought it's broken but all fine, it is just you need practise and remember. The plastic lid for the milk container just rests on the top of it without any hinge or fixture to hold it tight. We have dropped it few times already simply by taking it out of fridge and moving around. I am sure this could be easily solved, perhaps other more expensive models have it? The machine steams up the ground coffee inlet every single time you using it, we just keeping it lifted to help to moisture out. I would imagine for someone who uses its own ground coffee, the machine will get a bit messy after the while. You better stick to the beans, much easier and coffee tastier! That's all our findings so far, we like the machine very much. The “cons” are pretty minor and perhaps not existent in higher models and we are pretty happy with this little gadget in the kitchen.

Finally I got the 3200 and I am 100 % happy. The machine is fast and proper. The latte and Cappuccino is beautiful. The cleaning is easy. the setting is very simple.
