[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does the job of an automatic coffee machine. The coffee is obviously not as great as a manual machine but acceptable. Requires routine cleaning to avoid mold build up and lubricating the moving parts. Everyday after making coffee, it requires removing the water tray filled and coffee grinds bin to be washed, removal of the brew group, wiping off all the water and grinds all around. The grinds do go everywhere so ensure everything is clean daily to prevent mold build up. Next weekly cleaning of the brew group and all the internals. Monthly cleaning with the tablets & greasing the joints. Although it is an automatic machine, there is a lot of work involved in cleaning it. Machine does not take dark roast coffee. Lots of YouTube videos are available on maintaining the unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is certainly a life-changing message seeing if you like specialized coffee's. I would 100% recommend buying one of these. I am a little worried about the longevity of this thing because it is fickle. There are a lot of moving components and often times the sensors are incorrect, especially on the water the water can have water in it and I have to add water or readjust the carafe into the base. For the light to go out in that coffee maker to continue service I don't know if that's a warranty issue or not but I am monitoring it very closely because I am within my first six months , other than that I have tried many beans and I kept the original adjustment on the coffee maker and it makes excellent everything that it offers. This is a good for an entry-level device, but after a couple of years with this thing, if anything ever happens or goes wrong I am definitely going to upgrade to Phillips highest in model of this because this device has been nothing but amazing to me , this was the only device that I could find in stores at a big box retail, so this was the best I could buy from Phillips. I do trust this brand because they have stood by their products on other products that I've had like the toothbrushes and the other things if you're looking in the market for an espresso machine and you're trying to decide between this brand and some other brands I did try the other brands out and I do like the Phillips product better. I would probably recommend getting an extended warranty just because I feel like something might or could go wrong with this when you see how many moving parts, and how many features it has coupled with the sensitivity of the lights , you might want to consider an extended warranty just in case something happens. Phillips will probably stay in beside their product no matter what and I'm sure that they will take care of me too if something happens.

I did a lot of research before buying and testing. I am beyond satisfied with my coffee maker. Wish it was portable so I could take it with me everywhere

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are enjoying our coffee machine. We chose to get the middle middle with the iced coffee option. I wish we had the ability to make the coffee hotter. I set it to the hottest setting possible but it isn't very hot. One other small change is like to see is a slightly larger milk pitcher. Otherwise, everything is simple to use and worth the money!

The only mystery I have not been able to solve is that just before the coffee starts to drip, there is water coming out diluting the coffee. Other than that, it is a great machine

All through it was hard to get the guarantee to cover the repairs even thought I registered the product at the time I received it as a gift. Seems the repair company is not part of Philips and could not see the registration so much for registering it. Just be sure to save all the documentation emails when you register it you will need them.

No monkeying around with frothing milk manually or pressure worries. We took a trip to Italy last year and had daily cappuccinos and that is what we primarily use this machine for. Tastes just like Italy and brings us back there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not a barista, I have a full time job, no intentions of becoming a barista. I do enjoy barista quality espresso/coffee. The 3200 allows me to make a quality espresso/cappuccino/latte with the press of a button. I save money and I don't need to bedding a qualified barista!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were really hesitant to purchase this because of the upfront cost but after a month or so it seems to be worth it. It has definitely cut down on the number of times we go to Starbucks, which was one of the primary goals. It's also great not having to make pots of coffee in the evening when I just need a single shot of espresso to get me through a project that I should have started way earlier I think the day. Taste-wise we aren't connoisseurs of espresso but it seems to be comparable to what we'd get at a coffee shop. If this lasts for a few years then it will be absolutely worth it, it's too early to tell but we're hoping dor the best.
