This does a decent job of removing basic makeup without overdrying my skin or leaving behind a tacky film. I didn't find it too effective at removing longwearing and waterproof makeup though.My skin felt clean and smooth after use and had a pleasant to the touch texture!

I didnt see anything particularly amazing about it. I have the one that's for oily skin and they're both are about the same. This one works just as good as their others do at getting your skin clean and looking fresh. I guess I would still recommend it for removing makeup off of your face.

It removes buildup and makeup with ease while leaving my skin glowy and soft. I have used Garnier's cleansing water in the past, but this was my first time using the one with Vitamin C in it. I think that gave this one an edge over the others; Vitamin C is so great for the skin. My skin always looks more hydrated and radiant after using. I used this cleansing water as the first step of my skincare routine. It was good for removing purities and junk that was in my skin overnight. It did not have a smell, and left my skin feeling hydrated, not dry. I have dry skin, so it's important to not use a product that dries out my skin. I was overall very impressed with this product and will keep using it.

It left my face feeling brighter as well because of the Vitamin-C! I also love that it was fragrance free and contained no oil and no alcohol. Highly recommend this!

Not only does it remove makeup and cleanses your skin but it also brightens as well! I love micellar water because it is quick and easy and give a great clean with no rinsing required. I used this micellar water with Garnier's cleansing eco pads and it is the perfect duo. No hard rubbing needed and removes makeup easily. My face feels refreshed after cleaning.
