Always Ultra Thin Overnight is a must! The length is just right for me. I appreciate the thinness to the pad so I don't feel like something is bunched between my legs. These are unscented and that's ok with me. I like my scents on my wrists. lol The absorbency has always seemed to work without leakage. The wings seemed positioned in the right place for maximum protection. The pad has just the right amount of stickiness and not an issue on those not warm nights or hot days. The Always brand can be a little pricy but I'm willing to spend it for this must!

These are my favorite since the first 3 days I have really heavy period, these pads make me feel secure but at the same time I don’t want the feeling of a big uncomfortable pad for maximum absorption because I live on a tropical weather.

I would honestly go with the always flex foam as an alternative to these because they can get kind of uncomfortable.

realized I don't like the wings . they're are hard to place and roll up with glue side being exposed because they don't stay placed. very uncomfortable because of that.

I have been buying this product for years and this is the first batch that the pads are falling apart. The pad also give women rashes do to the chemical used for order protection. I am very disappointed.
