I've had mine for five years now. Lots of people complain about the battery, it is a short battery. It says it's great at picking up pet hair. I have two cats, the cat hair clogs up the hole/tube before debris gets to the dirt cup, but it does pick it up. Still have to empty and nearly take the whole thing apart nearly every use, and charge it between passes of a room. I got it for my first student apartment, so this is all for 1bed1bath apartments with mixed flooring. I do want a better vacuum in the future, but it has held up for being my own first cheap "temporary" student budget vacuum.

Wow I'm shocked that so many people had problems with this DD 3 in 1. I purchased my 1st one approx. 2yrs ago and I love it. It's quick and easy to use, for minor cleanups. I usually can clean 3 rooms on a single charge(kitchen tile, family room Lamnent, & 1/2 bath tile. Before the battery dies. I have noticed there's more draw on the battery on carpet though. And it is a little too loud, but tolerable. It's easy to clean the filter and to dump the trash compartment.But wish they make it easier to clean the roller... I can leave charger in the wall or with the unit while using it. I just purchased my second one for the upstairs,mainly for the 2 full baths (tile). Great product, hope they improve on it.

This worked really well initially. I used it infrequently as it was downstairs for use when we had visitors coming. Once it needed to be charged however, it will only run for about 10-15 seconds and stops even though it was charged for 8 hours. Really poor product.

This little vac picks up great, is easy to use and is lightweight. The problem is the battery, when fully charged, only allows for less than 30 minutes of use before it needs to be charged again. 6 to 7 hours on a charge to get 30 minutes of use is RIDICULOUS.

Like many comments I have read I am having the same issue with charging. I purchased mine and I used it for the convenience. However once the battery die it takes extremely long to charge. Mine been charging for 3 days. I just out of the blue thought about it. While charging 3 days the blue light is still on. I will be returning. I will be investing in another vacuum and I will never purchase this one again.

This vacuum machine did not work even more than 2 weeks. Initially it worked well so I decided to keep it , but unfortunately after 2 weeks of purchase it's not vacuuming dust anymore instead shredding dust everywhere. Very unhappy with the purchase. If possible want to return it.

Have it 2 weeks and haven't had to charge yet. Meets all my needs.
