I've had it about a month and have no issues. I love that you can choose how far it rotates, 0-350 degrees. I can control it from the other room if I forget to turn it down or off for the night. I'm in AZ and this has made a huge difference in cooling my home. Highly recommend

We bought the Dyson purifier with fan and heater recently. We live across the road from the Perth airport and a busy 6 lane highway. The dust in our home is worse than normal because of this. We have the purifier in the main bedroom and the change in the amount of dust is unbelievable. I'm also not waking up so stuffy in my nose. The fan is strong. A little more noisy than I like but powerful. We haven't tried the heater yet. Overall we think it is definitely worth the money.

I ordered two of these air purifiers, after using this item for the past few weeks I can say that I am happy with it. You can also use it as a fan or a heater , noise level is good unless you put it in max level. have great rotation options and auto options

I purchased my Dyson purifier hot & cool three weeks ago, and continually making me feel better as I suffer from allergies purifier was the reason why I purchased it the hot and cool was a added bonus it take up a minimal space in my apartment, now that we are heading towards summer season the cool fan fan has worked wonders in keeping me cool and remote to regulates from 1 to 10 depending on the situation that occurs. The hot setting will heat up the room in a matter minute I would not be without looking forward to purchasing more Dyson products in the future. It's a recommendation from me.

I love this air filter. I bought it for my craft space to warm me up next winter. But i had no idea how much i was throwing into the air with my polymer baking and trimming. Everything shows up in my history on the Dyson app. And the fact that my dyson cleans these toxins out of the air is amazing!!

Bought a few weeks ago. I have one in my office which I love that's what made me purchased this! There's a whistling sound it makes when it's on a low speed not sure why. But anything pass speed 5 is okay. Plus the filter life was showing me 10% also when it's a few weeks old.

My wife and I were extremely excited to receive our Dyson Purifier Hot+Cool. The set up was so simple that it took a few minutes. Once connected we placed the Dyson Purifier in our son's nursery which allowed us to monitor the air quality and temperature with ease via the intuitive app. The continuous monitoring is completely silent which was great for when it wasn't actively purifying the air. The clever design allowing you to choose which side the air is dispersed via is genius and the ability to rotate the unit remotely (Almost a full 360˚) is amazing. Being able to set a schedule came in handy to boost the room temp before bedtime each night ensuring our son was coming into a nice warm room after a bath. I have no doubt that I will invest in more as I notice the difference when entering the room as I suffer from hay-fever. The room was clear of pollen meaning my symptoms eased when in the nursery for a prolonged period of time. Highly recommended to anyone with hay-fever or those concerns about airborne pollutants in their home.

Packaging : quite bulky packaging but protected contents well. Not sure if these can be minimised. Instructions: minimal, video and images made up for it. Not sure if this method is for everyone hepa Filters : not as simple to click in as the video / images suggest. Takes some effort. This is also true for the filter holders clicking into the machine, but tricky and not smooth. Dyson link app: wouldn't connect properly the first day. Kept logging me out. Luckily worked fine the next day onwards. It's good that it doesn't rely of a Bluetooth or home Wi-fi only link. Can be connected and controlled from anywhere. That in itself is a clincher! Can wow friends and family. Plug wire: consider a retractable mechanism for the wire as it doesn't look as nice when u have a fairly long wire (approx 1.5m) exposed. Remote control: small and light. magnetically attaches to the top of the fan. However the buttons face down. If the buttons face up then could access functions without removing the remote control from its position. Functionality: quite heavy and bulky so not very portable as such. Once setup it is very easy to control with the remote and app. I find the app view unique as it allows lots of info to be viewed and compared with my locality. The app remote I'd probably adjust a little. I find the fan control a bit tedious, have to click into its function before I can adjust the fan speed. Also not sure if this can be an option but a self cleaning mode and troubleshooting mode. I had one instance when the particle levels went Upto severe but nothing had changed in the environment. Slowly went back to normal and not repeated this since then. This might unusually stress someone out. Filter cost and replacement : this might put people off. Maybe making the filters more accessible (currently out of stock on the website). If a lifetime filter was possible this would interest more people. On/off function: it's not well documented that the fan is on even when it's been turned off by the power button. It's only truely off when switched off at the plug. I only realised this as the onboard sensors were still registering air quality etc even after powering down. In so ways this is good as one can keep an eye on these stats, on the other hand energy consumption aware consumers may not be very happy. Manual tilt: the product can be occilated manual or with he remote & app. However the fan has to be manually tilted. Hopefully this function can be added in the future. More stats: stats and sensors for carbon monoxide and oxygen levels maybe useful to add to future models.

I bought this a month ago. I am renovating my kitchen and the fumes from the glue & caulking from the countertops being installed was overpowering, turned on my Dyson and within 30 minutes the smell was gone. I have asthma and this machine is great at cleaning the air and the heat feature is nice. Haven't used the fan yet. Also really like the app. Was able to link my machine easily and I am discovering all of its features

I am happy with my hot/cool/air purifier, it is in my kitchen and removes cooking smells fairly quickly, it also warms the room fast when on heat. If I had to pick a fault with it, then do not look at your smart meter when it's switched on as it seems to cost 15 to 20 pence an hour to run dependant on the setting, but then again I have not had it on all day as yet, so not really expensive. It connects to your phone if you download the app, you can also connect it to your Alexa device if you wish.
