I've been using these facial fair removers for over a decade, I just tried the newest version and the hair doesn't cut as well or grow back as nicely. This is defintiely a downgrade. Why would you change something that worked so well for so long :( Wish I had stocked up on the previous version, the new version isn't worth buying

I have had one for more than 2 years now and it just stopped working all of a sudden. I have been trying to find one from this same brand, since it's very effective and gentle on my sensitive skin. I'm so sad tho because I can't seem to find it anywhere!!! Please bring it back, I need a new one.

Easy to use, however, there are no replacement heads available. Also, hair and gunk collects well into the blade area of the device. You have to literally take apart the head to clean all the buildup, rendering it difficult to reassemble after. Seems like some redesigning can help make this an even better device.

I would have given 5 because I loveD my flawless razor. I had the original Flawless Razor and loved it. However it broke and I cannot find another one. I have ordered others, but none are as good as the original flawless facial razor. It truly stinks that you do not make them anymore.

It is gentle on my face, it contours around the chin well and painlessly removes the hair as indicated in the advertisement.
