I got this for my mother in law so she could freeze things efficiently. Turns out it doesn't vacuum at all and doesn't come with a paper instruction manual—you have to QR code with your phone—not user friendly and doesn't work anyways.

I bought the first sealer which worked for about a week. They sent me a replacement sealer which doesn't work correctly. The accessory attachment don't work well and are extremely difficult to connect. I also bought sealer containers which do not hold the seals. Basically, everything sucks. Don't waste your money.

Great machine. Can't imagine how much money it's saved me. No more freezer burnt food!

This FoodSaver is much better than our 5nyear old one. The only thing i miss is chord storage.
