Much better shaving than expected. My baggage was found in three days but I have continued to use this shaver as I like it better than the more expensive phili saver I have. I had a deflective shaver which with some difficulty was replaced (as it had stopped charging).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using a NORELCO PHILIPS EXECTRIC RAZOR since I was in the USAF. The one I just replaced was with me for approximately 20 years. I wasn't sure if I could find the correct replacement heads/blades, so I purchased a new one. It is terrific, nice clean shave, no pulling nor razor burn. Handle fits my hand perfectly.

Mainly because he was complaining that every time he had to purchases new blades the price had raised again. He's been using this razor for about 2 months and after the initial couple weeks he says he loves it and will never go back to blades. My Dad has used one for 30 plus years and he recommended this particular model. He is 88 and keeps telling me this is the last one he'll be buying.

Had previously used a cheap foil shaver which was easy to use but didn't always give a close shave. Replaced it with a Phillips 3-head saver. Took a little getting used to, changing the way I shave, but I now have a much closer shave and am very happy with it.

I like the razor I bought and I got 3 shaves before I had to recharge it. Overall it did a good job on the flat surfaces of my face and neck. I kinda wished I had bought the straight razor type and not the 3 round heads because getting the whiskers between the neck and face, under the chin is a bit difficult. I think next time I have to get a rechargable razor I think I will go with the straight razor.

I'm an octogenarian who has used Philips shavers all my life -usually getting about 10 years life out of each shaver.. The 3000 series is giving me the best save yet. Pity that the plastic cover isn't a .better fit, that the bag for keeping it in isn't a bit more robust, and I had to buy an adapter to recharge the shaver.

I replaced my previous Philips shaver with a new Philips 3000 shaver because I was very happy with my previous one. The only problem with the new shaver is that it interferes with my radio receiver causing static noise on the radio. My previous shaver never did that.

I am not new to an electric razor - this was replacing an older Philips shaver and I have also used Braun in the past. This is now sitting unused in my drawer while I have gone back to my old unit.

I have had a Philips electric shaver previously but this one is so much easier to use. Shaves quicker and closer irrespective of the length of my stubble/ beard. I have only used the dry shave option at the moment. Would love to see try the 9000 model and see how improved it is.

I get very close comfortable shaves with this shaver. Quick and easy to clean, Long time between charging. Great for elderly with sensitive skin and scars.
