It feels light and airy when on! However, it’s FULL of shimmer, so I wouldn’t use this daily. I would be most likely to use this when I’m on vacation, freshly tanned, and don’t want to wear makeup but look fresh and shimmery!

Sometimes I put it on my collarbones too or anywhere I need a little bit of a glow. The consistency of it feels more like a heavier lotion but it rubs in really well. I use it on top of my foundation and it's so subtle it doesn't mess anything up.

She doesn't wear a lot of makeup and in fact she's very selective on what brands she buys and wear. Even from expensive brands to the cheapest brands out there. She does have sensitive skin so after much digging around, she does own some Revlon brand and to find out. It's one of her go to brand. Surprised her with the moisturizer and she was ecstatic and happy. The color matches her skin tone and after applying a small test spot on her cheek and neck. Her skin was fine and it what appears to me that this moisturizer seems to work. I asked her to apply it around her eyes and and upper cheek area and right away, she said it feels that it is softening her skin. Coming from a guy, I know it's going to be hard to explain it. But I'm not sure if this has any concealer in it. But it seems to soften the skin around her eyes and cheek area.
