Sturdy design/construction, good materials, great price. One small complaint, the wheels that came with it aren't very true (when you spin them, they aren't aligned that well, a visible wobble in the rim). I'll take them to my local bike shop and true them myself. FedEx messed up when shipping this, was delayed for 3 days, but it wasn't Aosom's fault. Because I had a tracking number for the package, everything got sorted out.

It is a nice trailer but they could have put a bar in the middle on each side so the material does not bulge out and rub against the tires.They could also of put 1/4" foam rubber on each side of the sheet metal bottom so it would not rattle at every crack or bump on the road.They also could have put a 6" caster wheel on the front so when loaded with groceries you could disconnect from your bicycle and just roll in the house.I did all these things to it.Also you have to take a round file and make the hole bigger on the hitch to attach to bolt on your bike.Very strong trailer and you do not need the wheel guard bars.

great product... this is my 3rd. trailer, i gave one to a friend...i am very satisfied with this product and the company has gone behond the call of duty to satisfy me....... I am extremely happy, this is the only trailer that can take such heavy load... thank you Aosom from...

Pleased over all, but won't last more than 5 years at a guess (I have a cold frame, by the same people, it's two years old now, n think I ll be lucky to get another 2-3 years from it, wood splitting etc even after many coats of treatments,)it i treated,so I used lots of fence paint to weatherproof it, handy size not too deep like some heavy duty planters,At the reduced price of 65 pounds I happy overall, wouldn't pay more

I like it but I have nothing to compare it to. I can fit about a weeks worth of groceries for a family of four vegans (lots of bulky produce). Tip: thread the cover's corner through the metal latch on at least two sides; and use Velcro straps for the other two sides. That way if it lifts while riding it won't blow away.Oh, and it came with a bent pole but my husband was able to force it to work using brute strength. If I'd had to do it myself I probably would have just returned it.

This bike trailer lives up to the positive reviews we read before purchasing it. It is well made, attractive, easy to handle, and does not add weight nor drag to the bike pulling it full of gear. We are awaiting a response to our question which inquired whether or not the company sells an additional accessory which would easily allow us to quickly switch the trailer from one bike to another. If yes, then I would say this trailer has met our every need!

So I actually bought my first cart through Aosom and paid a little more for it but it's all good. I use mine for cross-country bike trips to various state and national parks and it holds up great. Also holds more than I expected, which is great. As a tiny woman...5'2" and 95lbs on a really good "fat day"...I was initially concerned about how the additional weight would affect my bike and my ability to pull it, those concerns were eliminated about 2 minutes after attaching it to my bike and taking it down the block. I didn't even notice it, not even when my neighbor's 90lb pit bull jumped in it for a ride. The racks on my bike have a bigger impact (no really, the front rack actually weighs more than the cart making it pop a back wheelie when it's on the dual kickstand). This was a dream to pull and will allow me to remove the front rack. It's not waterproof but if you're crafty you can fix that easily enough. I used BRIGHT blue duck cloth and made a new cover...which leads me to my only real issue with the cart, it's hard for other drivers to see it, so be mindful of that and add some lights, not just reflectors.

First I want to say that this is a great cart and it does exactly what I wanted it to do. My issues are related to assembly which hopefully will be addressed at the factory. The first problem is with the instructions for the wheel assemble. Unfortunately, there are no instructions except for four small blurry photos. The assembly of the wheel is confusing. In the package there are 4 sets of flat washers, compression washers and retaining clips. Since there are 4 sets, you would assume that you would use two sets for each wheel assembly - one on each side of the wheel. The photo instructions seem to show that you only install the washers and clip on one side of the wheel which is what I did. I think I did this correct because I couldn't get the washer assemblies to fit on both sides of the wheel. It's just concerning because you have four sets of washer and would naturally think that you're supposed to use them all. I can only assume that the two extra sets are supplied as spare parts because you will undoubtedly loose one or two of the retaining clips when they pop off the retaining clip pliers that come with the kit. That brings up issue number two; Do yourself a favor and buy a pair of retaining clip pliers at the hardware store that have smaller tips. The ones that came with the cart are too big for the retaining clips that come with the cart and will drive you insane trying to keep the clips from popping off and sailing away to some obscure corner of the garage! Issue number three: The tubular frame ends where the outside wheel guards slide on and snap into place came bent from the factory which prevents the wheel guards from sliding on. They were obviously bent during the manufacturing process because the ends come with a heavy duty plastic protective cap that would keep the ends from being damaged during shipping. The ends can be reshaped with pliers but unfortunately that causes the paint to chip which will no doubt become a place for rust down the road. So, those are my issues. If you can get past the assembly, the cart will serve you well for a long time. Hopefully someone at the factory will take notice and resolve the problems.
