It does a great job in cutting the grass and pulling the grass off the ground. I even use it to pull the grass off the concrete. The mower is 17 inches wide in cutting, I would prefer maybe 21 inches, but the 21 inch machines are much more expensive and didn't want to pay the difference. One suggestion if purchasing this mover is to also purchase 2 additional batteries as it takes approximately 3-4 hours to recharge to 100 percent. So, having 4 batteries fully charged makes it better when cutting the grass, if you have a small to medium size yard or approximately 5000 sq ft.

Great Mower, Very Easy to use.
Great mower so far ! It was easy to assemble (handle, bag etc) and once the batteries charged (be sure you let them charge completely as directed) it worked great!! Multiple height settings , so you don't scalp your grass and the mulching ability is terrific no big clumps of grass left behind. Easy to push and maneuver even if you have mobility issues like I do . Battery lasts about 45 minutes, which cuts our average size yard. I love it .

It's a good inexpensive option to care for your lawn (60X100). It's a little annoying to hold down the handle bar the entire time you mow which is my main complaint and why I gave it 4 stars and not 5. Would be better if it was just pressing the button and it was on but it's a small annoyance that takes getting use to. Set up was easy. Charge lasts about 45 minutes (put both batteries in at same time not sure you have to do it that way). Cuts shorter grass easier than when it's long and thick. I've dinged up the blades, my soil is rocky and hit the trampoline and cut through the metal stair base but it's still cutting grass fine. Quiet and and can move it around pretty well.

though mowing machine seems to be good, battteries will last only for 25-30 mins in contrast to 45 mins mentioned in description. This is something Greenworks have to look into it

The 45-minute runtime listed is based on ideal conditions, and actual performance can vary depending on factors such as grass thickness, cutting height, terrain, and operating pace. Heavier or thicker grass can require more power, which may reduce runtime. To help maximize battery life, we recommend mowing regularly, avoiding overly tall or wet grass, and using a higher deck setting when possible. Please note, users must use (2) fully charged Greenworks 24V battery packs. Do not use battery packs other than Greenworks 24V. Ensure both batteries are charged 100%. If each battery has a different charge state, the run-time of the machine is subject to the lowest powered battery (For example: one battery is charged 100%, and the other is charged 50%, the unit will only run until the 50% battery is depleted). When using (2) batteries with different amp hours (Ah), the machine will run until the lower (Ah) battery is depleted. A pain for the price.
The height adjustment button is cheap plastic that is hard to push down making it feel like it's going to break. It's not easy to pull the wheels up and down and it doesn't always stay locked in the position that is chosen. I couldn't get the much plug to come out so that I could mow the tall grass and weeds in my back yard because it doesn't have a side discharge option. When charging the batteries they omit a loud squealing sound.

I recently purchased an electric lawn mower from Walmart. While it initially worked well, I've noticed a recurring issue: the mower will not remain at the selected height setting once I begin cutting. Each time I raise it back to my desired level, it gradually lowers again while mowing. Don't fall for it
This mower is basically ruining my marriage. I bought my husband this mower because his old one kept dying, well, this one is no different. We loved how lightweight it is, and the fact that it has a bag attached to catch clippings, but it's not making the yard work any easier. It's stressing us both out but I think we're past returning it because my kids destroyed the box..

Hard to figure out because the manual was written by a lazy person. Sense the manual is hard too read, it makes it hard to figure out out to adjust height of the blade and even the handle. I shouldn't have to look at YouTube videos to figure this thing out. It just might be going back to the store! This is my second green works. The first is is electric which require a cord, which is barely used!! No more Green works for me!

Waste of my time and money
Battery does not stay charged. Took me an entire week to mow my backyard with charging over night. Just tried to start mowing for the second go around, (batteries have been on the charger) stayed on for about 10 seconds and died and won't start again. Checked for blockage or anything it might could be. Not sure if I got bad batteries or what but was a waste of money and time, wish I could return.
