They truly have oyster in the ingredients list, you can look at other brand, most of them don't have oyster at all even they claimed themself oyster sauce. And that makes the difference! So remember this package and just only get this one! You will be super happy with it.

We use it daily in all our dishes like stir fry. My favorite is to use it in beef and broccoli. There was a recipe given for steak marinated oyster sauce so I will definitely make next time!

I used it for kung pao chicken and my husband used it for chicken pad see ew. Both were very delicious! I love that it is not overly salty. You also do not need too much.. little goes a long way. Two things to note - refrigerate after opening to preserve freshness and it does have a fishy smell out of the bottle but don't worry, it gets toned down when mixed with other ingredients.
