It's a great A/C and the blast of cool air cools off our small studio in a short time. It also didn't cost a fortune compared to other manufacturers, nor does it require technology to operate. It's simple & straightforward which I appreciate in this too complex world of ours.

When they last 17yrs and longer that is a good air conditioner, this is third Frigidaire air conditioner. Will keep buying them.

I have another Frigidaire AC in our bedroom that works great so we got a bigger version for downstairs. After getting it set up it didn't get cold. It blew out cool air but not cold. We returned it and got another one thinking the first was a dud.. nope. Second one out of the box doesn't work. No matter what setting or temperature it was on it didn't get any colder.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything works great, the only issue I have with it is the thermostat, I have it set at 72 and come home from work and it's 80 degrees inside and the unit is not running! I have pets and the thermostat concerns me!

I bought this unit a few years ago and had no problems, but recently it has been leaving a stream of water down my siding. I can find no information on a designated drainage area for condensation online or in these FAQs, I just want to attach a hose to direct water away from the house. Help?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The original machine's keypad died three weeks into use, the remote was useless -- and it took the retailer (granted, not Frigidaire) a week during some oppressively hot July days to replace it. The new machine is working well... after two days' use. Am keeping fingers crossed regarding the keypad -- hope this is not a systemic problem. Perhaps I was sold a refurbished machine initially? Paid for it as though it were new, certainly...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace an aging LG for my living room. This unit does the job it's suppose to do although maybe a bit loudly. The LG was slightly quieter. Overall I'd say it a good unit I wanted a WiFi unit but didn't want to spend the extra money.
