Okay, so it was my first time using this product and to say I was pleasantly surprised would be mild! When it's mixed and initially goes onto your hair it is HOT pink. I thought I accidentally got the Cherry Flamingo. After the allotted time I went into the restroom and it was DEEP DEEP violet! So pretty!

It's true to what it says the color will be as long as you pay attention to the side of the box to see what your color is now to change to the new color.

I've looked for years to find just the right color of red I wanted. I was a little worried because my hair has recently been bleached blond but I t came out completely fantastic. will definitely be buying this as my go to from now on. and on a major plus side it smells wonderful and conditioner works really well.

I got the shade “Dark Intense Violet” and was expecting more of a purple or deeper color, it ended up looking reddish/fuschia but it's pretty :) My hair was lighter before but I needed 2 boxes and started with my roots, which is maybe why they seem to be more brownish-red than the ends. It's been 3-4 washes now, it holds up well and hasn't stained any of my pillows or anything.

Not what I meant to do, but pretty and vibrant

Not overly impressed with this product, surprisingly. Usually have had great experience in the past with this brand, but this time it just didn't really seem to do much of anything in my opinion.. I wasn't trying to do anything other than refresh the color and cover roots with same color and it barely did it!

Disappointed for sure

pretty disappointed in the result 😭 it barely covered my hair, I followed All the instructions, and even washed my hair with clarifying shampoo a day before dying it, as suggested by a stylist. it colored my roots a bit, but nothing like the box 😔😾 almost all of it washed right out 😭. I was excited to have a different color, and I can't even return it, because I used it.. I've dyed my hair for years, and hadn't in a while, never had an issue till recently with color sticking to my hair. it really sucks. but oh well I guess.

instead of brown, it turned my extremely light pink hair into a pinkish silver. Completely ruined my confidence and I hate that I have to go to school with my hair having this horrendous color. I spent 7 hours on my hair last night  making sure it would look good for school today and now I have to waste some of my moneu to get this covered up.

this is not tru color gurls do not buy of youre looking for red. i am so disappointed and it didnt  color my hair throughout  despite me having extra product. and my hair was already red i was just trying to make it more vibrant. now dull amd ugly color skip this product
