I absolutely love this hood. The fan is a bit lows but so powerful. When I season what I'm cooking I can see some of the dust be sucked up. Wow!! My place doesn't reek with whatever I'm cooking. My fire alarm doesn't go off like it used to. I even have an air fryer that's on the counter away from it and I discovered that if I still use the fan the fire alarm doesn't go off. That's incredible. Hopefully it lasts a long time. When time I would get another one.

No complaints about this beauty, unexpected surprise when I installed to notice it really does a great job at venting. I cook a lot of chiles that fill the air with less than tolerable scent when being cooked and this vent hood took care of that right away! Highly recommended.

I purchased the Hauslane PS-18SS-30 about four years ago, and it has performed exceptionally well since day one. The suction power is strong, it's easy to clean and maintain, and the design looks fantastic in my kitchen.

Customer service has also been excellent—quick to respond and very helpful whenever I had questions. Overall, it's been a great product so far, and I would definitely recommend it.

Highly recommend Hauslane

When remodeling my kitchen, I decided to remove the microwave and went looking for a good range hood. I decided to give Hauslane a try, and to this day, I believe I made a good decision; this product works very well—it absorbs grease and odors, and it doesn't make much noise.

Hello, I kept it at the beginning, this hood despite the clock not working because the performance is efficient because I have a large propane gas stove and the heat it gives off is significant, the Hauslane hood makes me happy, despite a few small electrical problems, which are easily resolved with the efficient online support, thank you Emily.

The potential problem is the oil smoke may can go through the two light's gap and create clean problem after a period of time usages.

Everything is good except one

This range hood works great—pulls smoke and odors out quickly, doesn't make too much noise, and is easy to clean. It looks good in my kitchen too. Definitely happy with this purchase.

Really Impressed with This Range Hood

This is very heavy product. Needs two people and a jack to install. Additionally the flapper is so poorly connected to its hinges that it can easily fall off and block the ducting. If this happens then there is $1000+ of expenses because that may require HVAC professional to remove it and may require drywall repair too, otherwise the flapper can completely block air movement. This happened to me. I called the manufacturer and I was not happy with the way I was treated by the manufacturer. They were not willing to admit poor workmanship of their product and blame the installation process. I was very disappointed with this product.
