I bought this because I wanted a light and not very expensive unit for use in a small weekend place we have. The day after our cleaning service came and vacuumed a rug in our den I tried this unit to make sure it worked and I was amazed at how much the expensive professional vacuum left in the rug.

have pets - dogs and cats- so hair is everywhere unless I keep up with the vacuuming. This light weight, easy to use machine is just perfect for me. I am always amazed at how much and how easily it picks up! I also have the previous model which I keep for the upstairs use. I love these vacuums!!

Great machine

Better than shark! This lightweight vacuum is better than the shark vacuum i had. I just vacuumed 2 days prior to getting this one. The first time i used the helix, i couldnt not believe how much dog hair and dirt it pulled its hard to believe this is the best vacuum ive had!

BEST vacuum

I would by this product again in a heart beat

This vacuum was purchased to use upstairs because my other vacuum became too heavy to carry up and down the stairs. And, I just love my BISSELL! It's actually fun to vacuum with my "purple" cleaner with all the modern conveniences. I can not say enough positive things about my BISSELL! I JUST LOVE MY BISSELL1

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the power force Helix 10 years ago and it still has full power use it everyday my wife uses it constantly I had to screw the adjuster on the bottom the height adjuster back on cuz that's the only thing that went wrong with it since I bought it but I fixed it definitely would buy another one you can't beat the price

Absolutely

I like Bissell products because they deliver what they advertise. I do not have a large space to clean so this is perfect for me. I put it together promptly and I am elderly and live alone. Bissell has never failed for me. I have their carpet cleaner also.

I would gladly purchase this product again.

I have had multiple vacuums before this one, and I'm glad I got this one to test out. This vacuum picks up everything! I have two dogs that shed a lot, and with this vacuum you would never know. Overall this vacuum is a good product. I would highly recommend it.

Bisselli power force helix upright vacuum

I use this vacuum everyday in my home and 2 months in pieces started breaking. Occasionally I use carpet powder. The powder worked its way into the rotating mechanism of the brush roll and jammed the roll. The replacement brush roll I bought is working fine for now. Also, if you vacuum for "too long" the belt stretches (or something) and slips off the motor rotator. I have to replace the belt once every week and a half. And yes, I am using the proper belt size. This vacuum is more suited for a small space once a week at best.

Probably ok for occasional use.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I love this vaccuum but the little wheels at the base that help the vac glide over carpet broke off and I couldn't Crazy Glue it back on. Now the vac works but it's very hard to move around without those gliding wheels underneath. I'm trying to find a replacement piece or someone to help but it seems every path is directing me to replace the whole vac. It seems like a waste to throw an almost perfect vac in a landfill. If I could fix it, I would change my review to 5 star because it's a great vac otherwise.
