So light weight and easy to use power could be a little better was having to go over the area two or three times also the battery runs down fairly quickly it may not last long but I am sure I will get another one because they are so convenient and easy to use

I ordered 3 of the Moosoo cordless vacuums. Two of them worked fine however third one I had a problem with the power on the third one. When I power on the vacuum the vacuum would automatically shut off in about 10 seconds. Now I'm trying to get a replacement but it is only allowing my to get a refund. I just recently purchased the vacuum (4/25/26) so I can't use my the All State policy I purchased .

First of all we sre seniors with no pets have hardwood floors and only throw rugs in a couple of rooms so the vacuum has a very light work load. Having said all of that this little vacuum worked fine. At first. But the last 3 weeks 1 get 5 minutes AT MOST use at a time. It just shuts off and will NOT start again unless you leave it off for about 24 hours then it will run again, ,, for 5 minutes. Yes the battery has been fully charged, filter cleaned ect. Bottom line I would NEVER recommend the MOOSOO vacuum.

Love the Light weight, and versatile MOOSOO Vacuum . The battery life is sufficient for the needs of this type of vacuum. I love the way the head swivels to get in and under tight locations. I recommend for anyone that needs a light weight vacuum ,Especially for quick use situations.

Absolute worst vacuum I have ever owned. Seems to pick up light dust/dirt but as soon as you lift the vacuum off the floor, everything it picked up falls right back on to the floor. If that isn’t the issue, then it’s the clogging at the top just before the filter. The design overall is terrible. The suction is terrible. Advertised as pet friendly vacuuming but i can’t even pick up sand in my entryway. Complete waste of money.

This is the worst vacuum I have ever had. It seemed like it worked well for about a month. It is not clogged but I’ll vacuum and when I turn the vacuum off, all the dirt falls out of it. I realize it did not cost much, but my daughter has a cordless vacuum like this that she only spent a little more for that has lasted 4 years of grueling vacuuming. This is totally unacceptable and unfortunately I cannot return it now.

This vacuum, I can pick up things faster with my hands then the vacuum does you have to go over and over the same spot in order to have enough power to pick up things and then if you turn it off after you’re picking up a cat litter, it drops it all back out again

I bought this and it absolutely sucks on carpet and even tile floors I used it on my carpet and my tile floors and it it drops half of what you pick up you have to go over your floors at least 5 times before everything is fully sucked in even on the highest setting. It dies so fast after about 20 minutes if that of use it would die and takes at least a full day to charge up again.

I got this vacuum while it was on sale thinking that’s a good deal since it’s an expensive vacuum originally. I have fully charged it and it dies within 2 min. I put it on the charger again and it shows it’s fully charged but cuts off again after a very short time. Would not recommend this.

The vacuum seemed to work OK when I first got it then after two or three uses the suction began to not work as well now it seems I can't pick up anything and I feel like I've wasted my money if I was able to get a vacuum that was similar to this maybe but I'm not sure I would buy again unless it was replaced
