I have only had this vacuum for 4 months. The battery does not last long. I had it fully charged and it now only stays on for about 15 seconds. It is a useless piece of crap. Waste of money. Going to try tomorrow again to get ahold of someone for a refund.

Piece of crap! Battery does NOT last!

I have had 2 Pretty Care vacuums and they STUNK!  Never held a charge, couldn't get to the battery and would not come back on after about two months! The WORST! I just received this vacuum last night, charged it and vacuumed every room AND went over my bedroom rug at least 3 times and the battery is still NOT dead! More powerful, bigger canister and a battery that snaps out!

BEST $$$$ and cheapest money I have spent on a cordless! Fabulous
