stopped working within 6 months, the company MooSoo would not discuss replacement parts or items. Worked good while it lasted

It didn’t even last a year before going out on me. The suction was just ok. But it barely held any charge.

It's a good vacuum for general non-carpet floors. It is pretty much useless on carpet. It does not clean up kitty litter well though, just spits it out. I have to hold the vacuum cleaner upside down while running for the kitty litter to make it up the stick into the holding chamber.

Pro: It’s so lightweight and easy to use. I really do love this vacuum and for now it works great. Con: I feel it won’t last long. Filters are supposed to be replaced every two weeks even though they are washable. This is not something an average homeowner can or will do.

The pole between the canister and vacuum head gets narrower so it clogs within minutes of use. I spend more time taking it apart and cleaning clods of dog hair out of the vacuum than I actually spend using it. It becomes so impacted you have to jam a broom handle inside the tube to clean it out.

I was worried the canister would be too small as I have two huskies... it works just fine. I have a bad back and a vacuum is usually heavy enough to cause discomfort as I tote it around, this vacuum makes the process pretty pain free. 5 out of 5 for me, easily.

If this unnamed vacuum is made by MooSoo, beware! The vacuum itself looks great and was just what I was searching for. However when I tried to contact company with a question, even before using it, I was unable to find neither a viable phone number, text number, nor web site. All the listings were for other companies with same name but no connection with the vacuum company. This just DOES NOT inspire confidence in case I had any operating issues, there would be no one standing behind their product. Since I ordered it thru WalMart, I plan to notify them of my concern about MooSoo.

I purchased this vacuum with high hopes. It was a walmart flash deal and significantly cheaper. Reviews weren't bad. I used it once, was happy. It's no Dyson but that's to be expected. By the second use, the floor roller and light stopped working. If you have pets, the hair gets stuck on the bottom, so you NEED it to turn. I actually opened it and cleaned it all out, worked for a minute and then stopped again. It works okay for hard wood floor but thats about it. The canister is very small. Have to empty often, and the filter falls into the dust pile bc there is no lock. Annoying after you clean and make another mess while emptying. Doesn't last either, as far as the charge. So do ot quick! lol

Vaccum stopped working exactly after 1 year and once we contacted support they sent a link to buy new one stating, please buy accessories. My point why would I buy accessories for thing which don’t last more than a year. I was good with spending on vaccines which cost half of price of this vaccum and last longe.
