I have used this for 1 year and this thing is not working - Does not charge up.

Was great at first then battery died would work 2-3 min. Battery will not charge at all!!!

I have only had this vacuum for 4 months. The battery does not last long. I had it fully charged and it now only stays on for about 15 seconds. It is a useless piece of crap. Waste of money. Going to try tomorrow again to get ahold of someone for a refund.

Don't buy the well known expensive brand! 
This guy is just perfect.  It does a great job on pet hair and kitty litter.  Easy to clean too.  It comes with cleaning tools and an extra filter.
The only thing I disliked was the battery has to be attached to the unit in order to see how much it's charged.  You can charge in while not attached but there's no indication when the battery is fully charged.
