Missed items or deliveries

What do I do if I missed my delivery? 

We understand that you have places to be and things to do. So, if you missed your delivery, don’t worry!

Here’s how you can locate your order:

  • Your purchase will either go to a nearby Canada Post location or to a carrier retail center/depot.
  • You’ll receive a notification informing you where and when you can pick up your purchase.
  • For some items, we’ll contact you to set a delivery appointment or to confirm pick up of the item(s) at a confirmed location.
  • When you pick up your order at the location, be sure to bring your Order # and a valid photo I.D. with you.

What if I'm missing an item?

We’re sorry if you experienced an issue with your recent online order! If you’re missing an item from your online order, please reach out to our Customer Service team to report the missing item and request a refund.

Can I ask the driver to leave a package at the door? 


You cannot request the driver to leave your package at your door. Our standard service is to leave the item at your door, however some restrictions apply, such as geographic locations, or if you have made a delivery appointment for large items. Whether or not a package is left at your door is left to the discretion of driver. For example, if there’s bad weather (such as a snowstorm or thunderstorm), the driver might decide it’s best not to leave your package at your door where it could risk being damaged.
