Damaged shipment

What do I do if my package is damaged when it arrives?

If your package is damaged when it arrives, rest assured that we'll do all we can to help! Please sign in to your Walmart.ca account and go to your order details. From there, you can request a return. If you placed your order as a guest, please go to the order lookup and enter the email address used to place your order as well as your order number. From here, guests can simply select the item they wish to return and follow the instructions for self return.

Of course, you'll not be charged for this damaged item and we'll give you a full refund. Please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help or if you would like to re-order the item.
