We searched for a long while for a great IPad for my medically retired husband. It's his lifeline in a way to the outside world when he prefers to stay at home. Arrived on time, package was perfect(no drops detected), same product and GB that was ordered(no rip offs from overseas🙄) and I had to deliberately leave off ease off a rating about easy to navigate or use because that's all relative. I found it very easy to use and set up but my husband was having a hard time with portions of set up and info transfer from his old one to this one.

This iPad is fantastic. It allows our phone to ring through the iPad and it takes text messages from a couple of phones at the same time as the phones received the messages. It is also great for checking your emails and working on projects for the office.

We got these iPads for our kids Christmas. When they opened their gift box it was the most exciting thing to see how surprised they were. Now when we're traveling you don't even hear sound in the van from them

Finally had to breakdown and buy a new iPad…love the different colors and models available. Fast delivery! Bought my last iPad at Sam's Club and was easy to just go back and order online this time.

Just as described and at a great price. I was super disappointed in the delivery though-the delivery driver left it on my front porch without knocking, and we were home with the screen open. If we hadn't heard him rustling about it could have sat there for a day—long enough to be stolen! Ridiculous that they would leave an 800$ item sitting like that.

Great product, terrible delivery.

This is my first apple experience, so far I am having no issues. I would recommend, the only thing is the box was a little messed up in some spots but that's not an issue as the iPad itself did not have any damage, and that seemed more of a shipment thing.

Honestly it could just be my iPad I'm not sure.  I brought it new and it came with issues and i constantly have to reset it for it to act normal, sometimes  can't swipe bac and forth or up and down on the screen and sometimes my volume acts weird so I make me question if it really came new or did they give me. Used one by mistake?!  Would show a video but it will only let me take a picture

Issues I have been having

I first placed an order at a great deal online and it didn't ship on the promised date of delivery.  I called Walmart and they were looking into what happened to the order.  They kept me updated saying they were still investigating.  Then the order was cancelled.  I ordered the same product again at a higher price and it arrived on time.

It is not a new iPad, I don't know if it is refurbished or open box but it is not new. You can also get it $200 cheaper if you buy from anywhere else.Customer service sucks,they are not willing to refund me, they keep sending an invalid shipping label.
