Just as described and at a great price. I was super disappointed in the delivery though-the delivery driver left it on my front porch without knocking, and we were home with the screen open. If we hadn't heard him rustling about it could have sat there for a day—long enough to be stolen! Ridiculous that they would leave an 800$ item sitting like that.

I love my new iPad. I wanted one forever and finally bought it. I need a case though and a pen so those are on my wishlist. Thanks Walmart it works great

Love my iPad

Upgrading from an older ipad so it is very familiar.  Moving data and apps is so easy now.  It looks after itself!  This ipad feels lighter than the old one, battery charges fast and holds its charge.  Very pleased

Nice device

Bought 2 f these on sale before xmas. I was not aware that it should have included an iPad pen 1st gen and a keyboard yltil my son told me.  Of course neither the pen or keyboard were included at the perfect price of $449.  I logged back in my account and SURPRISE the price went up to $630 and includes the pen and keyboard which is under the same item number etc.  Went to the store to explain my issue and of course no CSR was able to help me even at 7:05 am. Went on line and the Chat person (Syed) was very helpful and we are hoping to get a positive answer / solution to this matter of potential false advertizing. Of course I won't be able to return these as the kids will be back at unversity and all there personal stuff / school work is connected to these assigned apple ID / units.  Let's see what Walmart can do for us.

IPad 10th generation - Not as described

iPad is great, quick! I'd love to give a full review but the Apple 1st generation Pencil and the Apple Magic Keyboard Folio that said it was an included accessory (in the more details/specs) was not shipped with the iPad and still have not received it, it was a Christmas present. Looking forward to getting it and giving a full review

Great IPad but missing Included Accessories

Honestly it could just be my iPad I'm not sure.  I brought it new and it came with issues and i constantly have to reset it for it to act normal, sometimes  can't swipe bac and forth or up and down on the screen and sometimes my volume acts weird so I make me question if it really came new or did they give me. Used one by mistake?!  Would show a video but it will only let me take a picture

Issues I have been having

I first placed an order at a great deal online and it didn't ship on the promised date of delivery.  I called Walmart and they were looking into what happened to the order.  They kept me updated saying they were still investigating.  Then the order was cancelled.  I ordered the same product again at a higher price and it arrived on time.

It is not a new iPad, I don't know if it is refurbished or open box but it is not new. You can also get it $200 cheaper if you buy from anywhere else.Customer service sucks,they are not willing to refund me, they keep sending an invalid shipping label.

Scammmm….

The ipad itself is good. However, it was advertised with an apple pencil and a keyboard as accessories, which apparently was a mistake on the website. The accessories were the only reason for us to pick that specific listing.
