Great texture, soft and easy to knit with. The yarn is slightly shiny and rich in saturation. It's not to fuzzy and doesn't shred/separate as much as cotton yarn does bit without the itchyness of some synthetic yarns. Great product and reasonably priced!

I'm very fond of Caron Simply Soft yarn, %26 use it as often as I can afford it.  The colors are lush, the yarn is soft %26 washable %26 easy to use.  It gives a glow to the article you're making.  It's easy on the fingers.  My only gripe is that it can be difficult to rip out if you have to correct a mistake in a previous row.

It does not split easily, the softest acrylic yarn ever, very vibrant %26 beautiful, extremely consistent with colors and thickness, very rarely has ties in the skeins (so annoying), colors go well with each other like multi %26 solid colors, a joy to work with and (as long as I do it Justice) always produces the most beautiful garments! I've never had a problem with this brand!

Softest Most Beautiful Acrylic Yarn!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like working with this yarn because it is soft and easy to handle.  Since I am mostly homebound I appreciate being able to order it from nearby.

The only issue I had is it is a spring color but it is the only flesh tone I've been able to find, had no problem getting it online but it is more of a roll back at my store than online so I had to pay a higher price

Nothing to dislike; as I crochet for charity only (my mother's CHILDREN of her tribe in very cold country up north), I wish it was cheaper!?  I love this yarn! This Yarn Can't Be Beat, For Many Reasons!!

Perfect yarn for baby items, really soft!

So soft! Not for beginners. The yarn splits really easily making it a bit difficult when crocheting. Other than that it's a really nice yarn. I'm using it to embroider over a crochet piece. I tried to make something with this yarn but I'm too new and it was taking too long bc my hook was going through the yarn instead of picking it up.

Pretty but splits easily

1 skein had a break in the yarn. This meant I had to rip out most of a row to tie a knot at the beginning. This shouldn't happen with good quality yarn.

ive used caron simply soft numerous times for years.this yarn was terrible.it has no elasticity and splits.it is also at least 2 needle sizes thinner then other colors.i bought 3 colors and each was a different thickness.it ruined my project. i am very dissapointed in caron simply soft yarn.the quality went from very high to below zero.
