Fits exactly as I had hoped (mine were made in Vietnam W7/M5). I really like having the option to have the strap go either across the top of the shoe or around my heel. They make it easy to stand on hard tile floors. Extremely glad I took the plunge!

I have been wearing Classic Crocs for about 10 years as my everyday shoe. They are comfortable, no maintenance, and easy to put on and take off. My main complaint is that the sole treads wear down relatively quickly (being rubber) and the shoes are dangerously slippery when worn on wet surfaces with smooth soles. So I replace the shoes about once yearly when they start to get smooth.

My sons loves his crocs. Had to force him to get a new pair because his old ones were wore out. The new ones I got for Christmas broke after a month and they refunded them without even making me return them and he bought these. Great customer service. I hate having to hassle with returning something just to get a problem fixed. The process was very easy. Made me want to purchase a new pair

Shipping method (USPS) is a minus; website does not identify use of this. Need transparency of INFO. Size is not bad. Do not like/prefer the "massage" entities ilocated in the inner sole (footbed) lining. This feature should have been described... again: Transparency.

We love Crocs in our family. However, this year when we purchased our Crocs things were a bit different. My Crocs were cut smaller this year than in previous years. The sizing options for the Classic Croc say for half sizes, order down. Example I am a 10.5, so I ordered a 10 not an 11. I have done this for years and each year my Crocs fit perfectly, but not this year. They BARELY fit. If you are going to order the Classic Clog and you are a half size, order up.

They fit different.

I ordered two pair of shoes, the grey pair is fine and true to size, the brown pair which is marked the same as the grey pair seem to be almost two sizes smaller. I contacted customer service and they sent me another pair to replace the brown pair, this pair was about one size smaller than the grey pair even though they are marked the same. Something is wrong with their sizing or their manufacturing. Each pair that I ordered is a different size.

I'm not sure if the sizing has changed since last year, but these crocs ran very small. I should have ordered the next size up. The heel strap does not come out to the back of the shoe, the way it always used too. That is the reason they do not fit. They push your toes to the front instead of giving you the extra space going back to the heel of the shoe. They have to be returned.

I finally received the package from.China and low and behold its the wrong size and color....not even close to what I ordered. Do not buy from.these people. Tried sending them an email about order and Bo response and of course no contact phone number listed. Big rip off.

Horrible...Wrong Color and Size

I am very disappointed in this clog. I've worn Crocs for years and it seems as though the company is making them larger and clunkier than before. I'm not happy with them and will begin looking around for a substitute. My favorite style is no longer available even though the Freestyle fit better and was more comfortable.

Crocs is going downhill quality wise.

I was excited about buying this new fresh color, as I own many pairs. However, I was very disappointed when I received them and they were creased down the center. They were shipped in a mail bag without any padding or protection from the shipping process. These are not cheap and it would be courteous of Crocs to wrap them respectfully for shipping so we are not disappointed when we receive them.

I will be hesitant to order online again.
