This product is straight gas. Pure flames. If you don't own a pair, ur lost, mentally, physically, and most likely emotionally. First: I hate shoes. But these ugly (let us be truthful) Crocs are a blessing. I've tripped over my beloved flip flops, fallen off clogs and broken my foot, tripped over a throw rug and sprained my toe while barefooted.These Crocs are comfy, air conditioned and protect my feet. I can't fall off these, they're light weight and the strap keeps them securely on my foot. Love them!

Ugly and beautiful at the same time!

A few years ago I bought a pair of Crocs online and was very happy with them. Recently, I bought another pair. I couldn't find the exact same color, but found one close. I ordered them in the same women's size as I had previously. When they arrived I found they were very tight on my feet. Then I put them next to the old pair and could easily see that they are physically smaller than before. I double-checked the size on both Crocs and they are the same. So, I'm done with ordering Crocs online.

You Changed Sizes -- Why?

I purchased this crocs brand new, so excited to finally see they had my size and sadly, when I received the shoes, it looked like they had been used already. The bottom of the shoe was dirty as if I someone walked in them, all to see that they did not like them and sent them back. I am very unhappy because I spent FULL PRICE for them to all to be used already.

You have changed your shoes. Material is harder, there's a ridge under the toes that's too high and the back straps are too short. I went all the way downtown to return and wouldn't accept bc it was over 45 days. You can keep the money. These are going in the garbage. I was a loyal customer for 12 years. I'm breaking up with you.

Horrible change in classic Crocs

I bought the same pair of Crocs less than a year ago but in a different color. The ones I just purchased are the same exact size, but the shoes are smaller now and do not fit me. This is disappointing because I should have been made aware that they changed what each size actually is.

Sizes changed

very inconsistent sizing based on where the back heel strap is placed. even on the website you can see the side profiles of the classic clogs and can easily see that this strap is placed in different places. sometimes the strap lands at the very back of the heel and other times it lands 1/4 to 1/2 shy of the heel. this means that 2 pairs of the same size can fit differently. i had to send these back. ordered another pair of the same size where the strap fell at the back of the heel and they fit. Crocs have quality control issues!!

I would buy this product in person, preferably from a store.

I'm pretty strictly a half size in shoes, but Crocs doesn't make those so I took a chance. They don't fit, but returns aren't free so I'm just sort of stuck with the wrong size. There's nothing wrong with the shoes themselves by the way, so if you're not a half size this review won't be relevant to you. Check out the others instead.

Buy them from a retailer instead if you wear a half size.

I am very disappointed in this clog. I've worn Crocs for years and it seems as though the company is making them larger and clunkier than before. I'm not happy with them and will begin looking around for a substitute. My favorite style is no longer available even though the Freestyle fit better and was more comfortable.

Crocs is going downhill quality wise.

I have worn the classic clog for years. I've never had a problem with any order I've placed, until this last one. The shoes, while marked 8 (women) it was definitely a size 9. They were so large that I couldn't wear them and had to return them. I'm hoping that it's just an outlier. I will be placing another order soon.
