I needed a picture frame 13×18"inches and this one was outside 16-24" and had a border inside so it would take smaller or larger,good buy.

I purchased the 8x10" frame, which includes a mat for a 5x7" photo/print.

I'm incredibly picky about frames and obsessed with how great everything can look in just the right white frame with a matching white mat. Surprisingly, I would recommend this frame. You can read on to see why if you like.

It's a fairly bright neutral white—not cold and greyish, or too warm and yellowish.

The wood and the mat are slightly different shades of white—but this seems true of all brands to some degree—fortunately it's not too noticeable in most lighting. 

The mat isn't too textured and it's matte (does not reflect light)! I've seen inexpensive frames that give you overly textured or semi-gloss or glossy mats, they're awful or cheap looking.

There are no distracting gaps where the wood meets at the corners, which you can get away with in other colours–but not white! This actually surprised me! 
(When IKEA lowered the quality of their frames, I once went through an entire display and couldn't find ONE single frame that didn't have a distracting dip in the paint in one or more of those 4 mitred corners.)
I only bought one frame to start, so hopefully I didn't somehow just get lucky!

THIS REALLY IS REAL GLASS! It's not some kind of plastic! I don't know why that seemed too good to be true, but it's really true!

I'll definitely be buying more!

(Heads up if you frame kids art, consider sizing UP and use the mat to frame the work! Kids often use 8.5"x11" paper, which I'm sure you realize won't fit in an 8x10 frame. Well I didn't think hard enough about how exactly it was going to fit, felt too impatient to wait for the next size up and thought it was no big deal to fold the paper. Now that it's framed, I love this piece more all the time and I wish I hadn't needed to fold it on 3 sides to make it fit and best center it! Learn from my mistakes!)

DECENT QUALITY FOR THE PRICE

Very good

Nice frame. Fit my picture perfectly. The mat just comes right out of the frame if you don't want to use it. The only thing is if you have a thicker picture or your own mat you might have trouble closing the claps at the back holding the backing onto the frame. It is meant to use the mat that comes with the frame for that thickness....

The frame was good with a white border around it. Which made the 8x10 photo look  a bit bigger for the purpose we needed.

Good value for money

I'm so happy with my 13”x13” picture frame, it's exactly what I wanted.  This size is very difficult to find so I was very pleased Walmart was selling them online.

PERFECT

I use these picture frames every year to present an award certificate to a dept in our facility that scores the best average over the year for 5S conformance. I like the fact that I can get the same frame, year after year, so if a dept repeats a great performance, the frame on their wall matches the previous one. These frames are easy to take apart and use. So convenient, and reasonably priced.

Unfortunately, the fixings for hanging the frame on the wall are on the cardboard board located at the back. (The bindings are not on the wooden frame.) In addition, the cardboard located at the back holds the frame in an unconvincing way. With the weight of the frame, the strength of the mounting made me insecure (in addition, the frame was going to be installed above my baby’s bed.) So I bought and installed a fixing device to the frame itself (2 hooks and a wire) sold in hardware. The frame itself is beautiful and quality, but know that you may want to do the same to ensure a solid fixation.

Only problem with this frame is that it doesnt have any clips on one side, which causes the backing to stick out. I used paper clips to hold it down.

Good overall but...

This frame is listed incorrectly, the outer measurement is 14 x 18 but it is matted to 10 x 13, which is disappointing as I needed an 11 x 14.
