Easy to set up that my 8 year old niece got it started for me! I love my ice maker! Makes a lot of ice fast and quiet! I press the start button and go about my day and come back to great quality ice that last allday!

I've had this ice maker for roughly 3 months now with no issues. I wanted to wait and post a review once we have used it a while. Makes ice quickly, isn't too loud when running/making ice, the cubes last a while. We have a bar in our home so it gets used quite often, especially with this Florida heat. Easy to remove the water at the bottom to clean out. Though we keep ours on large, I like the idea of small and large ice cubes.

Money Well Spent

I love it this is my second one. First one I had it for two years. I suggest turning it off when not using it. I kept my running 24/7 and it died on me. lol so I had to get a new one. Quite makes the ice in two different sizes. My dog loves these ice too cause they break apart easy.  I posted a pic yes the blue plastic is still on cause I cant get the front piece off ‍️

Amazing

Pleased with the purchase of my ice maker... Now I don't have to go to the gas station to get their crushed ice... With the brand of bottled water I use, the ice comes out nice and soft... Great for eating on.... Nice cube sizes small or large... Makes a pretty good about with half a gallon of water...

Cranks out the ice! Arrived 11 days ago.  I'm very pleased.  Machine is bigger than I expected.  Did not fit on my little townhouse kitchen counter.  Put on a table in the garage.  I selected large cubes and was concerned that they were on the small side. I discovered that once the machine operates for a while they become larger.  You do have to empty the basket constantly as it's not very big but we don't mind. My husband loves it and it's going to pay for itself based on the amount of money we spend buying ice.

I love this machine, so you might be wondering why I only gave it 4 stars.  Here's why.

Its loud.. and the ice capacity is a bit small.  It holds about 2 good sized cups of ice.   When it makes ice, the compressor is loud.. and the ice dropping....  its loud..

great machine when its ice for two.

It's made well and does produce ice but not very much. In a 24 hour period, I collected about 2 cups of ice and the cubes are hollow and less than an inch long. That's not very efficient. Also, the unit is not actually refrigerated, so there's no storage capability. You have to gather the ice when it's made and store it elsewhere or it melts back into the water reservoir. It's well made but not very useful, especially if you're hoping to fill a small lunch bag or personal-sized ice chest. I returned mine and got a refund.

Not Very Useful

Worked well for 6 months, started leaking water and would only make 9 cubes before needing water. Took off rear panel after noticing water leaking onto fan. Intake water hose is thin and has multiple cuts at base middle and top, hose is located on radiator. Heat from radiator destroys the water intake hose. One star do not buy just ordered an igloo inlaws have had an igloo for 2 years no issues.

Caution dangerous product, electrocution hazard

I purchased a total of 3 Frigidaire Ice Makers for my sisters and myself.. I  gave the Frigidaire Ice Makers for Mother's Day... I have been working long hours so I rush home today from all excited  that I would finally get a chance to set my Frigidaire Ice Maker up finally..I was really excited...After putting the machine up per the manual instructions.. I 'm standing just waiting to hear that beautiful sound.. I was soon disappointed because I only 6  bullets Ice was produced.. We reread the manual and followed the recommendations but had no success. 
The machine keep displaying water and it's full of water just below the max.line.
I have been up all night trying to get this machine working. Very Verry disappointed.. Please advise.

Truly Disappointed

I've been using it for almost 2 weeks now. It stopped making ice. It was making the right amount of ice at the right size. It was consistent for two weeks and then it started making very loud noises upon occasions. Then it stopped making ice altogether. Now I have to figure out how to take it back to Walmart.
