Wow! Just WOW! Our ice maker in the fridge started leaking and I had too much going on to have it repaired. I had been just using ice trays. This gadget delivers ice in minutes and just keeps going as long as you add water. I wish I had found it a couple of years ago!

Now that we've had this around a year?  I think?  I feel confident in giving it a proper review.

It works quite well, exactly as advertised!  We are really happy with it, and I would recommend it to anyone!  

Cleaning is not difficult.  I don't really know what else to say... it's awesome!

We got our machine a couple of weeks ago and we love it. Set up and operation is easy. It looks nice on the counter and doesn't take up too much space. Summertime in Texas means we need cold drinks and this lets us keep ice in the freezer; our fridge can't keep up. I like the smaller ice cube size and it's very fast.

So far so good!  Our freezer wasn't making ice and needed ice.  Set this up and got ice!  Unfortunately, our refrigerator died, so had to get a new one and now the freezer is making ice, so don't need to use the ice machine.  But keeping it as it makes ice fairly quickly and will be great for parties!

Arrived damaged. The whole back of the machine was bent in so badly that I was afraid to even attempt to use it. The original box was damaged but the Walmart box it was shipped in was not damaged, which leads me to believe this didn't happen during shipping. Very frustrating.

This thing started having problems less than two months in! Tried to contact company (not walmart) for replacement and was told there was no warrenty.  I have friends who have had similar ice machines for 6 years and they still work well.   Now I have a lump of metal and plastic to try to dispose of since the company wont back its product.

Dont bother with this brand

This ice maker grows mold inside of it easily even though we use reverse osmosis water to fill it and use a scoop to get the ice out. Then it quit working after 13 months. Our old Dometic ice maker lasted 4 years.  The basket is rather small and the ice continues to block the sensor even when most of what was in the basket has melted. We bought the extended warranty but they will either give me back $20 less than what it cost  or I'll have to wait for them to evaluate my claim and ship a new one. So, unfortunately, I won't have the ice maker for my camping trip this weekend.

Not Recommended

I purchased a total of 3 Frigidaire Ice Makers for my sisters and myself.. I  gave the Frigidaire Ice Makers for Mother's Day... I have been working long hours so I rush home today from all excited  that I would finally get a chance to set my Frigidaire Ice Maker up finally..I was really excited...After putting the machine up per the manual instructions.. I 'm standing just waiting to hear that beautiful sound.. I was soon disappointed because I only 6  bullets Ice was produced.. We reread the manual and followed the recommendations but had no success. 
The machine keep displaying water and it's full of water just below the max.line.
I have been up all night trying to get this machine working. Very Verry disappointed.. Please advise.

Truly Disappointed

Worked well for 6 months, started leaking water and would only make 9 cubes before needing water. Took off rear panel after noticing water leaking onto fan. Intake water hose is thin and has multiple cuts at base middle and top, hose is located on radiator. Heat from radiator destroys the water intake hose. One star do not buy just ordered an igloo inlaws have had an igloo for 2 years no issues.

Caution dangerous product, electrocution hazard
