This plush, soft pillow is made with microfiber fill, a high quality polyester designed to mimic the properties of down. Microfiber traps less air than down and is a tad denser, so it does provide a bit more support than natural down.One benefit of a synthetic pillow is that it can be machine washed at home, given your machine is quite large and you wash/dry on a low heat setting. Natural down and feather are sensitive to moisture, but polyester is not!

Love these pillows. Soft and fluffy. Only downside is they do eventually get a bit lumpy but takes years of daily use.

best pillow ever

I bought these pillows from the Shopping Channel and have just been using them for a couple of weeks. So far I find them very comfy and supportive.  I do move them around to fluff up for a little more support sometimes but I sleep well with them and I am really happy.   They arrived very quickly with a very nice service from the company.  I would definitely use this company again and buy these pillows again.  Lovely product.

Lovely Pillows

I have spent a small fortune trying to find a pillow that works for me. Finally, the search is over. This pillow is soft yet supports, sleeps cool and keeps its loft,  and I trust the quality. Highly recommended if these qualities are what you've been searching for!

Finally, the pillow my neck needs

I suddenly developed an allergy to my down pillow which I really liked sleeping on. Finding a down alternative pillow that felt like my old down pillows was proving impossible until I found the gel microfiber down alternative pillow from Canadian Down and Feather.  It is a near perfect match to sleeping with my old down pillows. Thank you to Canadian Down and Feather for making a down alternative pillow that so closely approximates the feel of a real down pillow. Most down alternative pillows are too firm to approximate down. Not this pillow. I can now get a good nights sleep. Thanks again.

As close to down as it gets.

After enjoying a fantastic pillow during a recent hotel stay, I had been on a quest to find the same combination of softness and support for my home.  Finally I found my bliss in this pillow, and I slept better than I have in months with my new purchase.  Better yet, this pillow is washable and made by a Canadian company.  Absolute perfection!

Pillow Perfection

I have wasted a lot of money trying to find the perfect pillow as I have neck problems, CDFC recommended this pillow for me and I just love it. I purchased 2 more to ensure I would have a replacement down the road. I sleep better than I did in a long time. Thank you CDFC for a great service.

GREAT PILLOW!

I have a pair of the down alternative pillows (this model, gel microfiber) from 2020 and just ordered another set (Nov 2023). I swear, they are not as firm. It's on me for not reading the current fine print, but I am disappointed that they are so soft. That sad, they are a lovely product and shipped quickly and with care. I just wish they offered more support, since I don't have a guest room to rotate them to.

Lovely pillows, but softer than I had hoped for

Recently bought the down alternative microgel queen in medium. I like it, but don't love it. This is because I need a firm version which does not exist. Please start making this pillow in a firm version. I know I am not alone in this belief.

Need a firm version

Bought these pillows because they came highly recommended for side sleepers with neck pain. They were great for about 3-4 months until I noticed lumps in the pillows which made sleep uncomfortable so I tossed them in the dryer on air dry with some dryer balls and they regained their loft, but over time that stopped working as well. Didn't even last a year, luckily I got them on sale. Wish they could have lasted longer but in the beginning, they were brilliant!

Got clumpy right away

The pillow has become too soft and unsupportive after just days of sleeping on it. I find myself waking up in the night with a sore jaw and neck, not to mention a lot of regret for having bought it.
