This plush, soft pillow is made with microfiber fill, a high quality polyester designed to mimic the properties of down. Microfiber traps less air than down and is a tad denser, so it does provide a bit more support than natural down.One benefit of a synthetic pillow is that it can be machine washed at home, given your machine is quite large and you wash/dry on a low heat setting. Natural down and feather are sensitive to moisture, but polyester is not!

Love these pillows. Soft and fluffy. Only downside is they do eventually get a bit lumpy but takes years of daily use.

Love My Pillows

I bought these pillows from the Shopping Channel and have just been using them for a couple of weeks. So far I find them very comfy and supportive.  I do move them around to fluff up for a little more support sometimes but I sleep well with them and I am really happy.   They arrived very quickly with a very nice service from the company.  I would definitely use this company again and buy these pillows again.  Lovely product.

Lovely Pillows

These pillows are exactly what I was looking for.

I am primarily a back sleeper and have a neck condition that makes it important that I have a good pillow that keeps my spine in alignment

I have tried various pillow types and have determined that I need  a medium loft, soft moldable pillow that is also supportive.

This isn't easy find, also it has to be cruelty free down alternative.

I already have 2 other microfibre pillows that I like but are just a little too soft.

This pillow has the perfect balance of softness and support and is just the right height for me.

The price point is very good considering the quality of the pillow . They would be considered luxury pillows and the gusseting helps to give them  a superior level of loft and support.

I am also impressed with the packaging and shipping boxes used to ship the order.

Excellent pillows at a great price

I ordered just the Gel Microfiber Alternative Down pillow, which arrived a bit over a week after ordering. Which is fine for free shipping. To my surprise, the customer service team at Canadian Down & Feather included a nice little coloring book, some pencil crayons, and a handwritten holiday card thanking me for my purchase!

A present with my purchase? Totally above and beyond! I love the gift, and I love the great pillow. It fluffs up a couple of days after you open it, and the first night was the best sleep I have had in ages.

Fantastic Pillow & Service

I have wasted a lot of money trying to find the perfect pillow as I have neck problems, CDFC recommended this pillow for me and I just love it. I purchased 2 more to ensure I would have a replacement down the road. I sleep better than I did in a long time. Thank you CDFC for a great service.

best pillow ever

I have a pair of the down alternative pillows (this model, gel microfiber) from 2020 and just ordered another set (Nov 2023). I swear, they are not as firm. It's on me for not reading the current fine print, but I am disappointed that they are so soft. That sad, they are a lovely product and shipped quickly and with care. I just wish they offered more support, since I don't have a guest room to rotate them to.

Lovely pillows, but softer than I had hoped for

Just got these through amazon. They are just what I was looking for. Very fluffy and comfortable. I like how they sink in! I took a star off because it seemed like they were made in canada but the tag says made in china ( I went with these pillows because I thought hey were made in canada).

Recently bought the down alternative microgel queen in medium. I like it, but don't love it. This is because I need a firm version which does not exist. Please start making this pillow in a firm version. I know I am not alone in this belief.

Need a firm version

The pillow has become too soft and unsupportive after just days of sleeping on it. I find myself waking up in the night with a sore jaw and neck, not to mention a lot of regret for having bought it.
