I purchased these poppy seeds to eliminate buying premade salad dressings. The bag of 155g was very very affordable and will allow me extend my salad dressings.

I like these poppy seeds. They are a great add to the muffins I make or loaves! The cost is great, always seem to be available and a very clean and pure item!

Poppy seed review

I love to put it in my smoothies every morning for extra nutrition. It's great because it's cheap and lasts me a while. I usually pick up 2-3 packages whenever I need a refill. They're great for baking poppy seed bread too!

Good value for the price

Added these to my lemon loaf.  Wow, great little pop of flavour both on and on top of the loaf. They were a great addition to my homemade poppyseed bagels as well!

Poppin Lemon Loaf

Purchased Great Value Poppyseed 155g for the first time. Needed to add to another brand of poppyseed purchased earlier for a baking recipe. This poppyseed cost me much less and was exactly the same. Totally recommend.

Quality Poppyseed

Great value poppy seeds were used to make homemade everything bagel seasoning. It is fantastic! Seeds are fresh and none of them are slumped together. Will buy again

The purchase of these poppy seeds was intended for baking. They are a pleasant addition to homemade bread, muffins or bagels. There were no abnormalities to these poppy seeds when purchased. I opted buy these instead of sesame seeds due to the more affordable price.

Serves Purpose Well

This package of poppyseeds was a good size for my needs. I usually buy in bulk at a lower price, but was short on time, so this size was enough for my needs. I feel packaged herbs and spices are containing less recently (“shrinkflation”).

Poppyseed Dressing and Baking

We do not use poppy seeds very much. I am not even sure we have purchased them before. These seeds worked well for what we need. The price point is much better too.

Poppy Seeds

Walmart's products have always been consistent. These were flavorful, nutty with a deep earthy aroma and of high quality. Something changed in August 2024 and they're awful now. There's NO FLAVOR besides this off, chemically/mildew smell. It's a shame because they're more expensive at other stores and not consistent. We loved using these for fresh baked breakfast foods and desserts. 
There's something really off about the recent batches. Disappointing.
