Bought a size XS for my 3 year old son. He's 38” tall and weighs 32 lbs. They are roomy but I figured they would be. I rolled the waist down twice and they fit great. Bought them as part of his Halloween costume. Quality sweatpants with a vibrant color.

My 5 year old loves these pants.  They are soft and hold their size after multiple washings.  We use them as sleepwear and active wear.  One out of 6 purchased sprung a hole on the seam after a few months.

Must have staple for kiddos

Can't beat the price & quality. Thin. Perfect for t-ball.

My son loves ComfortBlend® EcoSmart® Sweatpants. From his end, they get 5 stars. But I have to buy them, and Hanes gets 1 star for that experience. There are 2 types of ComfortBlend® EcoSmart® Sweatpants, those with pockets and those without. Since both types have the same tag in the actual sweatpants, I have to hunt in the website description to figure out if there are pockets or not. This is important because the pants are NOT sized the same. The same inseam is XS in one and S in the other (and so on). Please fix this Hanes. It's hard enough figuring out different sizes in different brands, but different sizes in the same brand? Frustrating.

Crazy sizing

Bought an XS first since that's my 5 y/o son's size. Way too small.  Bought 4 mediums next because that's how small they were.  nope check the picture - there's a huge size difference in these.  I even tried the same type of pants but the open leg.  well the black pants in the picture is a size Small in the open leg, and the 2 red ones are an XS and a Medium in the regular one I'm reviewing here for.  Going to try one more time and get just the Small of this and just mend them so they fit him.

Bought 3 sizes, huge difference

I bought the pants according to the waist size, but many of the pants were several inches too short. The company needs to put waist size and length on the sizing chart. I would recommend this product for quality, but sizing was definitely a big problem.

Length was a problem

I will not be purchasing these from Hanes.com ever again. In my last order 1 of 4 my son ripped the seam out the first day wearing them. In this order 2 of 4 ripped the seam out the first day wearing them. The same day! 
I am almost scared to put the other two I bought on my son because I don't want him to end up in another embarrassing situation. I don't know if there is a difference between the ones that are sold at retailers and the ones that are sold online but I am extremely disappointed with the ones purchased online from hanes.com.
