His sweatpants by Hanes are the Eco smart variety. The material is not a thick fleece, but they're very comfortable and fit very well. They were on sale when I got them and well worth the money. I ordered another pair after I had them for about two weeks. They don't have an elastic band on the bottom they're more like regular pants with a wider leg, but not too wide.

Happily I ordered 2 pairs in 2 different colors. Nice comfortable fit. They do hang or lay very neatly without the pockets, in this case I'm glad they don't have pockets. The waistband is comfortable and looks more finished so overall they look better than many sweatpants. I measured the inseams before trying on as they weren't clearly marked as petite and they were exactly correct.

These same petite sweats from over 15 years ago finally wore out so I checked to see if Hanes still had them and they did and they are just as cozy and perfect fitting as the old ones! So rare a style stays around! Bought them in 3 colors to hopefully last another 15 years!

I think they are very comfortable, I could have gone with the small, I got the medium and they're slightly baggy but I don't mind that. Nice to wear at home to chill out, for sleeping in or running errands. They are open at the bottom, I personally prefer a closed ankle, but for the price I think it's a good deal.

I've been purchasing this type of sweatpants for my mom for a few years. I tried getting the same ones, these were the closest. They are a little thin and I feel they run a little small. Overall, they are appealing.

I bought the petite because my inseam is 29 inches but these are still too long for me and the size is larger than expected too. Comfy but may end up returning for a smaller size, just not sure how to navigate the length.

Larger and longer than expected.

I was looking for just a regular, soft, comfy pair of pants to wear around the house. These are fairly comfortable, but the material is slick on the outside. Also, they are long for me, even in petite. I will wear them, but I won't buy again.

They're ok

I always loved these sweats, they always fit me well and I'm very comfortable. I have been wearing them for 25 years. I was not too happy with this product. The first time I washed  it was out of shape and unwearable . I do not recommend it. 
I always wear Hanes sweats!! I have always loved them. I thought something was wrong with that specific pair I ordered, but they  are not the same product I'm used to. I've been ordering Hayes sweats for over 25 years. This is definitely not the product I am used to.

Not happy!!!!

I ordered the matching set in a small. The sweatshirt it is very boxy, short in length and unflattering. I am 5 feet tall and the bottom falls at the top of my hip bones, if I were any taller it would be a crop top. I bought the matching pants as well and after one wear the threads came loose causing a hole in the crotch and a bunch of pilling in the seat. And I don't have thick thighs. Hanes is losing its quality.

Don't buy

I am 5'3". Tried these on when received and they fit great. Washed them in cold water, gentle cycle. Tumble dried on low. Put them on. Fit was fine, until my ankle got cold and I looked down to see that one leg was 2 inches shorter than the other.  I've tried re-stretching them. No luck.
