I had the bins with scrapbook paper and I finally found this shelf. It took about an hour to put together by myself. The finish is nice and the bins fit perfectly. Great addition to the room I'm turning into a craft studio. It fit perfectly on the top of a piece of furniture I had. The measurements online are spot on. The bins look much better in the shelf than they did stacked while I was trying to find this shelf in stock. I ordered it for curbside pickup and they loaded it right in for me. I'm pleased with this purchase.

Great for scrapbook paper storage

I have bought four of these cube organizers for my sewing/craft room.  They are good quality, sturdy and look great.  Easy to put together in about 20 minutes.  My only gripe is there are no extra pieces of hardware. I broke one of the dowels and we had to make do.

I bought this 8 cube organizer to store my Grandchildrens clothing. They're 6 and 2, so I needed something simple to put together and something practical at the same time. This product met all my needs. It was extremely easy to put together, and the unit itself is pretty strong. It's particle board, so obviously, you need to be careful to line up the boards correctly and not use too much force. It's a good height, and you can use it upright like I did or the long way depending on the space you're working with. I like the color, which is "rustic gray" because it matches our tv stand. That'll make it easy to use in the living room in the future. This organizer was a great price as well. $72 on sale. I also bought the Klozenet 11-inch storage bins in an 8 pack for $22.99. I'm very happy with those as well.  I encourage others to buy both of these products, I think you'll be very pleased with them.

Better Homes and Garden 8 cube storage organizer

I have purchased many of these, 2-4-6-8 cube organizers. A little challenging to do by myself but doable. Took me a little over an hour to put this 8-cube together. I'm 60, F. I love the flexibility of using vertically or horizontally. Love the color. Easy to move around too. Not a bad price either.

8-cube organizer

I bought one for the kids toy room and then loved it so much I bought two more. We dont have enough storage in our home for basics.. blankets, sheets, toys, books, etc.... these work perfectly and with the storage bins (which cost extra) it has a very clean finish and looks organized!

Affordable and Quality. Easy assemble

Assembles in minutes. Especially if you have a drill. It's beautiful!  But finding the right or nearly right sized shelf bins, baskets or rope storage containers is really difficult. Most are too small, a few are too big! And the prices are outrageously expensive!

Beautiful, Easy Assembly,....but....

These are extremely wobbly and moving them across the room threatens to shatter them. Good for a short term or cost effective solution, but these will not last the test of time. The assembly was fine, not overly tedious. The Better Homes and Garden variation of this has thicker pieces and is more sturdy, but also costs a bit more.

Not very sturdy

pretty dissapointed i bought what i thought was the same shelf i have bought 2 of before...when assembling it i noticed some of the hardware was switched like plastic dowels instead of wood dowels and screws that poke out instead of into the wood...but when i finished and set up my shelves its clear the shelf is smaller than it used to be...why would you change your product like that? now my shelves arent the same size and its annoying.

disappointed

I had 3 of the the 'old' model with wooden dowels and flush camber screws but we had a flood and I needed to replace them,   so I purchased 3 of them after the debacle of trying to see what colors they came in.  This is definitely not as sturdy.  Sure, it is just as simple to put it together, but once it is up, it just does not seem to have the same 'rigid' body as the as the older model from a year or so ago.  Hope this lasts a bit for our board game collection but just days after they are up, I now regret not changing to Kallax from Ikea.

New model not as good as the old model!

I believe I got a dud. One of the side “B” pieces had a hole that wasn't completely aligned with the rest.(I had to drill a hole) Unfortunately it was my last step and I cracked a “D” piece in the process. Now my shelf would have to be stood up the wrong way since I meant it for the bottom. But now I don't trust that broken “D” piece to hold up and be sturdy at the bottom. Plus. The dowels are now plastic which sucks, and for whatever reason I also had a hard time tightening the cam lock to lock into position. I've had many of these cubicles in the past decade and this is a first. I would say I got a lemon.
