This low priced slicer is great for our home use. We use this slicer to perfectly slice 1/2" thick homemade white bread, paper thin potatoes for au gratin, paper thin for fresh potatoes chips, jerky, ham, vegetables, cheese, it`s use is endless. Clean up is easy. We have wanted this type of slicer for quite a while and we are very pleased.

It works great for exactly what I wanted it for, I'm a retired chef and I bought this for slicing sandwich meats, cheeses, onions and tomatoes. As long as you are not expecting this to perform like a Globe, or other professional meat slicer, you will be very satisfied with this, it's easy to operate and really easy to clean as well.

Bought this to slice meats and cheeses for an event we were hosting.We also used it to thinly slice tomatoes and onions for sandwiches and finely shred lettuce. It is very easy to use, clean, and it comes with a good selection of slicing options for thickness. Item appears sturdy and has some built in safety features. The price is very competitive. Overall quite pleased with this purchase and have no reservations recommending it

Good to use

Great price. Quality seems very good. This was something my husband always wanted and he was really pleased with his gift. I've purchased other Kaloric appliances and haven't been disappointed yet. I'd definitely recommend!

Slice meat like the pros!

She's a great slicer. I love it. It is not a kitchen tool that is often used but when you need it it is there. She is very safe, quite powerful. You have to place a plate behind because the meat falls behind. There is a power button with another button to press at the same time to make it go. It's for safety. It is broken into pieces for easy cleaning. The blade pulls out very well too. The wire is not very long on the other hand but with an extension it goes if you are not very close to an electrical outlet. It sticks well to the counter with suction cups underneath. Not too noisy either. Good size too. The carriage slips well but not enough for my taste. Maybe I'm not used to it yet. In the worst case, I would put a can of vegetable oil before use but as I said, it slides well anyway. For the variety of thickness, it is great also for a home slicer. For the length of the cart, it is not for very long pieces of meat. We must not forget that it is not an industrial slicer. For a roast it is perfect. For best results, the meat should be sliced between frozen. Be careful not to cut frozen completely because you will damage the blade and / or the machine. I suggest it because it is very good.

I love it

Cuts well enough but Guide plate can move with pressure. And i find food builds up at the bottom of the blade creating messy cuts so it must be cleaned and it is not the easiest thing to clean. I also wish it would cut thicker than 1/2"... All in all it is it is a good machine for the price if you dont have one... but i dont think it is top tier quality

solid machine , easily slices to your preferred thickness. limited thickness so steak slicing may not be suitable

Happy with the purchase

I used about 20 minutes , then Stoke coming out the motor, so I return it Wright away , but can't have an exchange due I bought it online and they didn't have an at the store. So the reimburse me. When I try to order a New one the price was not the same.
