It is a high fiber, high protein creal. It has a crunchy texture. It gives you a filling option. Good for eating in milk, yougurt or a dry snack.

It tasted quite sweet as a breakfast cereal but I did enjoy mixing it with some plain unsweetened yogurt for an afternoon snack

Perfect cereal for lunch or to put in yogurt for a snack. With its dried fruits there is a light touch of sugar.

Good morning lunch

The original was a favorite safe food of mine, especially with my health... but the new recipe is hard for me to /want/ to eat. :c It's harder on my teeth, bland, scarce on berries and texture?? I really hope the delicious original is brought back, maybe as another product... I don't think I'll continue to eat Kashi, not like this. :((

Why'd you change the perfect cereal...??

This new formula/recipe is disgusting. There's no other way to describe it. I bought 4 boxes because I eat the Toasted Berry Crisp formula every day. Opened the first box only to learn that it's not just new packaging, it's a whole new recipe and it's horrible. I'm dumping the box I opened and returning the other 3 boxes. This just tastes like puffed rice. Not my thing, so let me know if the old Toasted Berry Crisp recipe is ever brought back.

I once tasted cattle feed when I was a child so I can speak from experience when saying the “new and improved recipe” tastes worse than what we feed cows. What was wrong with the old recipe?? Who in their right mind tasted the new product and said “yup, that's an improvement!” They ought to be fired. Bring back my toasted berry crisp!!!!!!!
